Made and paid for reservation before arriving. The place was totally dark and front doors were locked with a sign to call. Woman answered and told me they were overbooked and she couldn’t help.

If you like living in a Migos music video, this place is Stir Fry.

The hotel is very run down i stayed Dec 23-28 2018 & the TV never came on the manager Kim was so rude and said the tv is not included in the nightly rate is just an accessory.. I literally was in shock when stood by that.. DO NOT STAY HERE

This unfortunately was a very embarrassing experience for me, as I planned this trip to enjoy with my loved ones and the hotel was so horrendous, I actually had to spend extra money to book separate hotel rooms just to shower and enjoy a pool that wasn’t broken and dangerous. The money I was supposedly saving by bundling, ended up being wasted on Uber rides to other hotels and other rooms. I am sad to say the hotel really mucked up most the trip and it wasn’t even supposed to matter. Being from Hawaii, I didn’t know the reputation Extended Stays apparently have but now am aware they never once clean the room, cable did not even work, no toiletries or towels... smell was awful and AC did not work. Just can’t get much worse. Actually had to go to Walmart and buy sheets that my family was ok sleeping on. No one ever wants me to be allowed to pick the hotelever again.

I had booked a room with 2 double beds and we were given one with 1 double bed and 1 pull out couch. The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in and had wires sticking out and poking the back. When I called the reception, she wasnt even apologetic and told me nothing else was available. The breakfast was a joke and they didnt even have milk. My baby has to go hungry

Bad smell in lobby and rooms. Dirty sheets and pillows.

Bathroom fan was disconnected and on the floor, they came to fix it the last day of my stay. I asked for new bedding and was told they only had sheets, no clean blankets, the pool was unavailable "until further notice." I spent more time away from the hotel then in it.

Our plane was late getting in and we had a lot of trouble using the call box to page the front desk to check in. After waiting about 45 minutes, security found the guy and we were able to check into our room. By this point it was 330am. The sheets and towels were clean but there were many miscellaneous stains on the furniture and carpet. There were 3 of us staying there, so 2 on the queen and one on the pullout couch. The first night there no additional linens were provided for the pull out couch bed and when we finally were given sheets they were the wrong size. Additionally, our key cards had stopped working about halfway through our stay and had to be reprogrammed. All in all, not a great experience. The only redeeming piece of the stay was the helpfulness of the front desk staff save for the gentleman we had an issue reaching the night we checked in.

Sketchy people staying there. Bed was uncomfortable.Breakfast was a grab and go of granola bars and coffee only. No juice or milk or even fruit. No plates or cups to be found anywhere.

Fleas,..................................................

stinky, rude staff, broken doors, no hot water. First room smelled like hot hair grease and butt. I tried to be nice about it cause i was tired from a long drive and just asked for some disinfecting air freshener. The maintenance guy aid i was a spoiled little girl when i said i was tired. they gave me a second room when the mango spray didnt fix the issue. the second room was out of service and the front desk wasnt aware. Since he didnt know he acted like i lied when i came back down and said the room looked like a storage facility. He proceeded to go look for himself cause he didnt believe me. Finally got a third room and the shower would not get hot. The door to get outside was broken and the other one only worked if you pulled the handle a certain way.

The hotel room was not cleaned thoroughly--understanding the price point of course, but the cleanliness of the room itself was a disappointment.

Wasn't inside long but while there it was good. Cody was also very polite and helpful during check in time.

I just needed a place to lay my head for one night. The room I had was in the middle of being remodeled, so some things were incomplete. However, I had a great nights sleep, no loud noises & everyone was very friendly. I picked this hotel because it was cheaper than Motel 6 when you go through Orbitz and use a coupon.

The room are smoked in even though the hotel states it’s smoke free infact found cigarette ashes in ac vents, heating does not work, all sheets have yellow spots on them. There are ants in the room, dust in room, kitchen sink is disgusting and the most important there is no housekeeping on weekends so if you have any problem the staff cannot do anything. The hotel looks nice only from outside from inside it’s a total different story!

The hotel is located in a decent, safe and easily accessible place along the Katy Freeway, Energy Corridor, Houston. It has good and decent facilities for people who plan to stay for a while including in-room cooking gas, microwave oven refrigerators and cooking utensils (if requested for). It is a good place to stay if you have business do along Energy Corridor. However, it is difficult to get around or go to downtown Houston from there without a personal car or taxi, as public transportation is almost non-existent on most of the Energy Corridor axis. The nearest Bus Stop to the hotel is about 15 minutes walk and the buses schedule is almost 1 hr apart outside the peak hours, with very limited options. However, if you do not mind the cost of taxi or Uber, then you are good to go, but note that Houston is a fairly big city.

We booked a hotel room and arrived about an hour later. The hotels front entrance did not work and had a note attached to the door saying to call inside. We called inside and was answered by a rude house keeper who appeared to be the only one at the hotel. She told us that the front desk was closed and there was no one there to check in any guest. I don't understand how a hotels front desk closes.
