Rooms are old but hotel people friendly. Good Restaurant, not use to having a room with door leading out side.

Not adequate parking. Limited space per traveler. Uncomfortable

Older style motor inn. Parking is just outside your door. Room was quiet. Though hotel is older the room was updated with comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast is made to order at attached diner. We were just here for a stopover on a road trip and were well pleased.

We were put in a room that was poolside so there was a lot of noise until about 9:30.We had been traveling all day so would have liked a quieter room.Back door was unlocked at all times making it accessible for anyone to come into pool area.

So we stayed at the Emporia location and it was fine for the most part however the supply room next to the room sprung a leak and everything that we had on the floor was soaked. We understand that accidents happen but it was one extra thing to deal with.

I will stay here every time I am in town.. the staff was very helpful and considerate,

The hotel while clean, is a very dated 1960's experience for a motor Inn. The accommodation is very basic but functional. Many of the original fixtures were in the room. The included breakfast meal was a nice credit, but the service was overwhelmed with a moderate holiday crowd and I I opted not to stay.

The staff was very gracious and accommodating. The breakfast was an upgrade to what I would normally experience. They actually had a real restaurant on site and gave a coupon for a real cooked breakfast. I would stay there again!!

great coffee and staff at the cafe on property ...local roasted coffee was superb, wish i could have taken some with

Hotel was clean little older, not the best location (next to a trailer park) had no issues however. Free breakfast was nice.

OK short notice I'd stay again. if planned well in advance not a chance. The free breakfast let"s just it should be free, but the Hostess was nice. lobby layout terrible, Thanks but next time I'll plan better.

We drove up to the hotel, noted the down and out trailer park right next to our room, and told the hotel staff that we would not be staying the night. Stay away weary traveler.

The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Rooms seemed clean. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Like having a microwave & refrigerator. We stayed at a different motel last year when we were there for the ESU basketball camp and this one was MUCH cleaner... The only thing that bothered me was the light coming into our room at night...we had a pool side room.

Dear Pat, Thanks for your detailed feedback regarding your stay. Please accept my apologies for the noise due to your room being next to our indoor swimming pool. Please note that our front desk is available 24x7 and we would have definitely ensured that the noise level was kept down or we could have offered another room away from the pool if one was available. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience. Sincerely, NEETI G. General Manager BEST WESTERN Hospitality House
