The property is showing its age. I first stayed there about 40 years ago. It hasn't changed for the better and really needs some TLC.
We did not realize this is a casino. Quite busy with families settled around the pool with loud music and very crowded. The whole place is a bit run down but OK to spend a night while passing through.

Property and room in poor condition. Many repairs needed. Issues pointed out were not corrected. Staff unconcerned.
I was passing through on a cross country trip, and my car broke down. I booked a room and it worked out great. The price of the room was great the staff was really friendly and the facilities were clean I’d recommend it
In the past My wife wife and I have regularly stayed at this hotel when traveling through the Elko area. It is real sad to see the huge step backwards in the care of the facility in cleanliness, amenities, and attention to the overall care for the whole facility. It has turned into a real dump! Will not stay here again!
We made a mistake making a reservation due to lack website clarity. Tried to cancel, but hotel wouldn't give refund. ORBITZ agent tried th help, but hotel refused. ORBITZ should take them out of the system.
we were there for a couple of days but didn't due much went to the casino a bit and ate at a couple of great restaurants, "the Coffee Mug" was our favorite and we did eat at "Chef Changs" that also was very good.

Quick and easy check in. Room was older but clean and beds were comfortable. Food is very good at the restaurant on site.

This property was so bad we didn't even stay. The first room we had the toilet overflowed. The second room they moved us to was musty. It needs a total overhaul.
