Was a short stop on our mini-vacation and was just O.K.

staff was excellent but rooms and lobby need cleaning and refurbishing.

This was the WORSE experience I've EVER had!! It was noisy well into the late hours.A crowd was standing outside my door talking loudly. I have informed Super 8 & they contacted the Elizabethtown manager. They have both responded, but apparently nothing can be done except offer a reduction of future stay. FAT CHANCE

We needed an inexpensive place to stay as we had been on the road over 12 hours and were beat. This place as a good breakfast in the morning and is clean and staff friendly. It fit the bill.

The rooms smelled musky. Our toilet didn't work properly and the tubs needed new caulking and a good cleaning. The blankets had a few holes in them as well. I thought the breakfast area was small and cramped and being that there was only one waffle maker, there was always a line.

We were late arriving, but our room key was there ready for us. Very easy check in.

fairly nice enough hotel. Clean and pleasant place to stay for the price. Room was kind of small but served our purpose. Would most likely stay here again.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, price was right.

The room was clean when we got there but the next day our room was never cleaned! We had to get our own clean towels and the mamager could NEVER be found! We left our phone number and tried calling several times including during our trip back home. We still have never heard from the manager! The bed was the worst . We tossed and turned all night long, never getting a good nights sleep. We will not be staying there when we return!

we love staying here, great price and the indoor heated pool is perfect for winter

Hotel staff was especially helpful, after I checked in I went to move my car and it would not start. The desk clerk came out and gave my car a jump with her own car and was able to give the location of an auto zone where I promptly got a new battery for my car. I was parked in a parking space and wasn't blocking the drive up check in. Pool was indoor and nicely heated. It isn't the Hyatt but for middleclass America, like myself, its a great place and a great price.

breakfast skimpy, bed not comfortable. rooms very small staff very helpful and friendly

we got there after 8pm on 22nd got room 115 was ok. left for day two of our show and concert for the evening. got back 10:45 pm. card wouldn't work in back door, went around front went down to room 115 tried 3 times to get in wiggling the handle and then went to front desk and told guy card wouldn't work and he called me by name and said they "didn't know if we were coming back" so they gave the room away. gave us room on 2nd floor talked to manager in morning. reservations were made 2 weeks ahead and they wouldn't give refund of any sort becauseI paid agent online. what did the people think in room 115 as i tried to get into my room at 10:45 at night I paid for 2 nights how could they give up my room that i prepaid for. I have used super 8 for 30 years and never have they done this

The room was decent. The bed was severely aged with a huge dip on one side. I think there may have been bed bugs or something because I got bit. The little fridge stayed cold which was useful.

We got in really late and they were still quite nice. Beds were comfortable and rooms seemed to bave been recently remodled. Breakfast was fresh fruit, a couple choices of cereal and juice. Muffins, toast and pastries were also available. Clean & really a bargain if going to the ky derby as it was only 1/2 away by nice highways and $85 versus $400 a night downtown.

[...] The room had a musty smell and when I took a shower I ended up being up to my ankles in water because of slow draining plumbing. The bed did not have a fitted sheet so I woke up in the middle of the night tangled in the sheet which covered the mattress. It wasn't a terrible experience but I wouldn't go back. I would pay a little more money and get a better place. Lesson learned- you get what you pay for!

We were visiting family and the location made it easy to get to everything we were wanting to see.The and problem was the room wasn't all that clean.

Cusomer service was very good

From the minute I checked in until the time I checked out, the staff was great and the room was wonderful. Very clean, smelled good. Could not have asked for a better room and service. Bed and pillows were comfortable as well.
