The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating. No complaints with them. The room, however, left a little to be desired. The air conditioning unit had a note to "please not use High on the fan setting". So the room did not stay as cool as was desired. The fan would not stay running continuously as we wanted. The toilet rocked whenever anyone had to use it. There was a hole in the blind that was there to keep out the lights from outside and they didn't stay together either. The beds were comfortable and we all did a decent night's sleep.

The hot tub, atm, and ice machines were all broken. The wifi was too slow to use. This hotel used to be nice, but needs some upkeep to warrant the cost of stay.

This was a return visit because the first time was wonderful. This time, the breakfast wasn't kept up and the Jacuzzi wasn't fully functional for our stay, however the friendliness of staff and assisting with a sick baby, I will return again.

Excellent price, good comfortable hotel, good hotel, great staff

Great hotel, has a beautiful indoor heated pool & hot tub very clean & relaxing. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

I was on my way home needed a place to spend the night. The motel has a nice pool although I didn't get a chance to use it.

When we reserved our room online I put in that there were going to be 4 of us. Two adults, toddler, and a baby. We got to our room and it was barely big enough to have the two queen beds in it. They were very good about giving us a free upgrade to snigger room. The first room we were in, the cabinet that the microwave and refrigerator were in was falling apart due to a leak that the refrigerator had. The room that we were upgraded to was kind of dirty overall. We found food left on the floor, hair in the shower (not ours), stains and grime on the chairs and floor and so on. We were planning to relax at the pool for a while (main reason we chose this hotel) before going out for dinner so we got ready and went down to find the pool and hot tub were out of order. They said we could go to the hotel next door (owned by the same owner) and use that pool. They said they would leave the door propped open so we didn't have to walk all the way around the building in the cold and rain, we got back and.... it was closed and locked. Everything just seemed like they were trying to be cheap about everything they could. Like, the A/C being off throughout the building. It was about 80 degrees in the hallways and lobby and all the thermostats were off. There were things broken and falling apart. Everything had a weird odor to it. We just weren't real impressed. They did have good breakfast!

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was good and room was very clean. A great place to spend the night while on the road from Florida to Chicago.

Lobby was nice, but the rest of the hotel was really worn. Carpets, walls, etc. Loose faucet, air in the water line spitting out dark water etc. This place needs some love. Front desk staff (Gary?) was excellent! Very personable.

The hotel was centrally located near shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and offered a great breakfast with lots of choices. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. My only complaint is that the super comfy mattresses were so tall that I needed a step stool to get into bed - a little too high for an average person. I would stay there again in a heartbeat !

I have never stayed in hotel where there is a visible sag in the king sized mattress! We tried sleeping on the edges but gravity kept rolling us to the center. Same problem with the sleeper sofa, sitting on the cushions made you sink down to the pull-out underneath. Breakfast was typical and ends at 9:00 in the morning what the heck!?! The porter was extremely nice but started putting stuff away at 8:50 while folks were still milling around looking for something to eat. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We will probably find a different place on the next visit. The beds are REALLY important!!

Had loud neighbors, went to front desk they took care of it

It's an outdated Ramada but the price was right. I wasn't looking for anything spectacular being in town for only 1 day. This placed served it's purpose and is surrounded by nicer / more expensive hotels and walking distance to eating and drinking establishments.

Great value. Room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. Staff was wonderful.

Not a bad room. No thermostat so either Freezing or Burning up. Needed a Handicapped Accessible Room and it was on First Floor but at end of Hall far from front door and Desk. Also, no power Front Doors and very difficult to get person in wheelchair and all of baggage into hotel. Food was OK. Was out of all Juice and Milk at 0730 and took several minutes (approx. 15 minutes) to refill.

My family and I were traveling to Elizabethtown Kentucky for a soccer tournament. Stayed at this Ramada Inn. Everything from the staff to the rooms were nice and friendly and clean. They even had an indoor pool! Would recommend any time although the price was a little high for what you got. I think they raised the price for this weekend which sometimes makes me wonder.

The location was key. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Clean hotel, nothing wrong. It's just an old hotel that may be due for a makeover. I would stay here again.

I was able to check-in early which was great since I was traveling with a 3 year old. The rooms were extremely comfortable...the beds were the perfect ending to a long day. The hotel offered a little store that was open 24/7 so I was able to get snacks without having to leave the hotel. In my room there was an ad for a local restaurant "Grillitinc", after looking through the menu I knew I had to try it. Because I was staying at the Ramada I was given a discount--yay! The food was excellent. Overall my stay was top notch.
