There was a little league tournament in town so there were kids running up and down the hall until 1 am. Plus there was a wedding reception in the hotel and there music thumped until 3am. I called the front desk two times without any relief. I am very disappointed with Holiday Inn at this point and I'm not sure I would ever stay again.

The plumbing was horrible . I was taking a shower and and the bath tub filled up to my ankles. My toilet also had a few issues flushing.

Friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast.

The lady who greeted us upon check in was less than amiable. The rooms on the third floor smelled of wet, moldy, stale air. The short older lady serving breakfast on Sunday of our departue was not pleased to be there.

My wife and I traveled to see my son graduate Basic from Ft. Knox. One of my big concerns was to have my CCW stored while I visited the base. The hotel staff secured my "piece" for me for a few hours. Very clean! Quiet. FULL BREAKFAST 6-10a.m. Very nice!!!

This was a clean and up to date hotel. The staff were great in working with us. We needed to check in early because of the time we needed to pick up "our soldier" from Fort Knox. Great complimentary breakfast...the usuall bagel/ceral stuff, but also eggs, bacon, biscuits and homemade cinnamon rolls.

Room was ok, toilet paper and tissues was very cheap and rough. Cost was more than value.

Service was excellent. I called after I had checked out about leaving something in the room, and the staff was very helpful.

We were in town to see my son graduate from basic training at Fort Knox. We were about 1/2 hour away but, that was fine. We were close to many places to eat, was nice on the way back from the base. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was AWESOME! They had so much food to choose from. Hot and Cold. You must try their warm cinnamon rolls. Would stay again!

Great service and hotel in general... but they charged my credit card for the room, even though I already paid through Orbitz, and I had already told them that... the extra charge on my account created overdraft fees and I'm waiting for a response from the General Manager about how they are going to compensate for the difficulty because now I have to contact my bank regarding thew fraudulant fee.

Simply passing through - came in late at night and left early morning. Was comforting finding a clean facility my wife and I didn't have to be concerned with.

The Holiday Inn Express in Elizabethtown, KY was way more than I expected. When we checked in and went to our room which was a smoking room, we noticed that the previous traveler was nice enough to leave cigar ashes in the window sill. I informed the front desk of this and it was quickly taken care of. The beds were very comfortable, the continental breakfast was great. My 13yo son enjoyed the fact that he could have hot chocolate and oatmeal anytime, I enjoyed the 24 hour coffee. The hotel itself was very clean as was the pool. It was a great stay!
