Older property but clean and well run. Very comfortable bed. Had all the essentials.
We stayed here for the Kentucky Derby. Easy 45 minute drive. Rooms were spacious and clean. Quiet.

Very nice staff, no-frills hotel (but the pool was nice). One of the main benefits is that the hotel is very near Fort Knox. If you purpose for being in town relates to going on-base, the hotel location is hard to beat: max 5 minutes to the base.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I had originally chosen it for its proximity to Fort Knox but I arrived to find a beautiful and clean hotel well worth the price. And, I figured out why it was called the Gold Vault Inn as I passed the US Gold Depository on my way into Fort Knox. Guess I am not the sharpest tool in the shed sometimes lol.
The Inn is a bit old and dated, but overall not a bad place to stay. The AC unit runs constantly, so if you sleep well with white-noise, it’s there. The breakfast was standard for free hotel breakfasts... no complaints. Close to Fort Knox. It’s on a main strip of various stores and a few restaurants within 15 minutes drive. The staff were friendly and helpful. If we need to stay in this area again, we would go back.
Very comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were a bonus!
The carpet in the room was stained and carpet was damp. There was blood stains in the curtains. The room smelled like mildew.
The hotel was in good condition overall. It was in a great location and had a few places to eat close by.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, nice hotel. The room was large with plenty of extra room in our queen room. We had a door that opened right up into the pool area. The pool area was great, I would stay again, and again.
