Property had a strong odor, musty. Pool was cloudy.
Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was basic. The clerk who checked us in was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was mediocre. The indoor pool should be condemned - mold on the walls, ceiling falling apart over the pool, poorly maintained, surprised it would pass any type of inspection. The staff were all wonderful and courteous. Room was adequate, but the bathroom had a bad smell.
We ended up needing to cancel the day before our stay and were told since we booked online they couldn’t do anything, we needed to call orbitz. We called orbitz and they told us to call the hotel. We called the hotel and again they said they would cancel for us if we had orbitz confirm the cancellation. We again called orbitz and they and called the hotel for us. The woman let us know the hotel said they would cancel but she would need to call and do it on he next day because only a general manager could do it. She also assured us she would make a note and they would handle the entire situation so we wouldn’t need to do anything else. She did say there may be a $20 fee which we were fine with. The next day we called orbitz because we were charged for the entire stay. Orbitz said they had no record of any of the calls we made so they would do NOTHING for us because we could be lying but since the hotel charged us and since we had also talked to them we should just call and have them refund the money. So then we called the hotel again and the manager wasn’t there and no one would give us a distric managers number or a way to get ahold of the gm. We were once again told to call back because the gm had to handle it, and once again assured when she got to work it would be taken care of for us. Once we were finally able to get ahold of her she told us we should have gotten ahold of her sooner because now it was too late and she wouldn’t even give us a number for someone higher up.
This is 2nd time to stay at this hotel. We think the price, facilities and services are very good. Free parking and free breakfast...... are all very convenient!!
Worst pillows ever; shower went from hot to warm then warm to very very hot. Crack/water damage in ceiling. Air vent in bathroom full of dust- hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS. Did NOT replenish shampoo. Air conditioning very dry- made it nearly impossible to sleep.
Large rooms, great rates. Recommended. Will be back again.

We heard noise all night. People running around and jumping up and down in rooms above or around us. Very little sleep !!!
