drawer storage is severely lacking. Room with 2 double beds has only two very small drawers to be shared with 3 adults.
AC system very loud. TV did not work on most channels. I guess COVID but the room not cleaned ea day while I was there.

We stayed on the third floor of a four story building. I asked at the front desk if there was any difference in the rooms and was told no. When we checked into the third-floor room we could hear running above us all night. Apparently there is a difference. When I went back to the front desk to inquire about moving to a fourth floor room, I was told there were no more rooms available on the fourth floor!!

The door own the dresser was not working properly and their were no trash bags in the trash cans or room.The bed was not properly fix,but I will stay again. Thanks for your concern

We felt welcomed as soon as we stepped inside the door. The lobby is inviting and the staff is very friendly. Check-in was fast and simple, and the rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
