The breakfast was amazing!!! Close to the airport and major highways. Bad thing is the shuttle closes at 10:45 and we arrived 11:30. 2 kids and 5 pieces of luggage later…..that was rough!
Met expectations!
Me gusto el jacuzzi y el fire place. No me gusto la limpieza de los cuartos cada 4 días, quedaron en ir a limpiar y luego no fueron durante la estadía solo limpiaron el baño y la habitación 1 vez para una habitación de 5 personas. El sofá cama es una pesadilla. El piso 5 tenía un olor desagradable como si no limpiaran continuamente la alfombra de los pasillos.
Overall, our stay was good. Room seemed clean, although a little beat-up (rust on towel bars in the bathroom, mildew in the corners, furniture scratched, ends of bedding starting to fray). Only provide cleaning on the 4th day of stay, but you can request towels & other things as needed by calling or going to the front desk. Also, it is $18/day for parking, & your room card should allow you access through the gates, but that was hit/miss depending on the day. I seemed to be asking for access on our cards every day. Although the staff were friendly, it seemed that they were very short staffed so service was inconsistent. One night, we called for towels, but it took so long, I ended up going to the front desk. Another night, we went to the desk to ask for towels and an extra blanket, and they said they'd bring it up to our room. But they only brought the towels, not the blanket, so I ended up going back down for the blanket. When they cleaned up the room, they only replaced one blanket, rather than two. Our toilet was clogged one afternoon, & we had asked for it to be serviced. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, we went to the front desk to ask if someone could just give us a plunger. 15 minutes later, someone showed up with a plunger at our door, but didn't come in to take a look or ask about clean up. So we went down to the front desk again to get more towels to clean up. Breakfast was also hit or miss, eggs one day, a egg concoction that included chips, cheese, & salsa.
