Ordered a king size room while arriving they said that what they have received from Orbitz is double bed. I don’t know who should be blame for! But the feeling is not good.

Free Shuttle pickup from airport. Need to make reservations for drop off. Room outdated. Breakfast subpar (few offerings-scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes). Taste ok

If I had the way to leave zero stars I would. my stay was 5 nights, I booked the hotel 4 months before my trip. Previously, I had already spoken to Hilton customer service about the deposit but the hotel holds a different amount. When we entered the room, the room smelled bad, there were not enough towels to take a bath, the bathroom tiles were dirty and cracked and the sink was dirty. I called reception for more towels but they told me that I had to go down to the lobby to get them myself, otherwise they wouldn't have anyone to take them to my room. No one went to clean our room, the toilet paper ran out and I had to go find a housekeeper to give me more towels and toilet paper. Morning buffet was good tho and only one female employee was nice and friendly to us. There was another guy who worked on Saturday during breakfast, as soon as he saw us he immediately told us about the prize of the buffet, I told him that I was aware of the prize but he lie saying "oh ok just to let you know the prizes", I looked at him like WHAT! literally prizes are posted before enter the dinning area and it was a different price. Anyway, this place needs a massive improvement and restoration starting from staff training.

The workers outside the room woke us up as they were loudly talking to each other. The manager on duty was not personable and rude. Poor service from him. He did not look at us.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The facility was very clean and rooms were very nice. The breakfast was chosen using a menu and served by a waiter. The carpets in some of the public areas were coming up and do need to be replaced.

Liked the lobby area

For a hotel next to LAX to not open their breakfast area until 7am is not good customer service. At least offer continental items. Also, the shuttle to LAX needs to run more often than every 30 minutes. Know, too, that the shuttle stops at another hotel, which we did not know ahead of time. Lastly, the front desk staff essentially called us late when our family arrived to take the shuttle 8 minutes before the planned departure time. If you wanted us there earlier, then tell us when we sign up for the shuttle. Don’t make guests feel like they made a mistake. Unfriendly.

The night auditor T was fantastic. He ensured that we had a timely ride to the airport and gave us bottled water while we waited. He was so nice and professional. We’ll be back!
