Clean and easy. Would be better if there was more signage on how to get to the hotel as it was an effort to find it 2 floors down. Pillows were not good. Need new ones all around.

There were 7 of us traveling leaving at varying times in the morning. This airport is beyond convenient. The hotel staff extraordinarily helpful and kind. The pillows aren't the best but that can be overlooked because everything else is spectacular.

The location of the hotel was a godsend because we didn't arrive until 0400 and had a 1030 flight. It allowed us to get some much needed sleep before our international flight home. The staff was responsive pleasant on check and check out. The room was very nice. It is outside airport security, so you have to leave enough time to get through security prior to your flight. I can recommend this hotel without reservation.
The best part of this service is that it’s inside the airport and right in the terminal. Very convenient hotel.
Very hard to find hotel inside airport. Don’t follow the signs that say “hotel.” Follow the signs that say “business center.” Bed hard and uncomfortable. Overpriced for what it is- seven clean, small, functional rooms that are literally in a hallway off a conference center.
