The staff are very cheerful and they helped me.

Definitely a “budget friendly” hotel/MOTEL combination. We arrived at the airport at midnight. Called for shuttle, was first told there is no shuttle! When I said I had a reservation, then okay what time. When arriving at hotel we had to walk a block to our room at 1:30 am.

Dirty room, roaches crawled on me when I was trying to sleep, the toilet wouldn’t fill after flushing, I’ve stayed in some roach motels but this place is up there as one of the worst…

Quite a dismal hotel. I suspect the high stars are fake ratings provided by the management. The housekeeping is poor. Maintenance and upkeep is terrible. Trash everywhere in the building and corridors. Rooms are dingy and grimy. Broken furniture in the room. Door did not close properly. Washbasin was clogged. If i could post pictures, i would. I am doing similar review on Google with pictures. The breakfast is lousy. The only thing good about it is the location. Next to Village Inn which had decent breakfast.

Hot water was nice. Shower was good.

Check in was ok but the lobby was dirty, outside room dirty. Inside has filthy spread on bed, chair has broken wheel, (not safe) table very wobbly. Coffee pot had water in it. Not worth the money I paid.

I had reservations and stayed at this property more than once before and was never asked for a deposit. I had a new reservation only days after my previous reservation but this time was surprisingly asked for a deposit that was more $ than the room for the night! I told the manager I had just stayed here recently only days ago and wasn't asked a deposit then. The manager said ok no deposit required. That night about 9 or 10 pm I hear others trying to get in the room I was staying and had already paid for when I reserved that room. It was startling! I let them know this room is occupied not vaccant. Very soon after that, a few minutes at most I get a call on the motel room phone from the front desk. On the phone the motel Super 8 worker asked me aggressively who's this then I said who's this. The worker said front desk. Then that front desk Super 8 motel worker extremely accused me of that "I'm not suppose to be in the room" that I reserved, already paid for and checked in about 2 pm that same day with Super 8 front desk as well as the Super 8 motel manager knew of my check in that day he is the 1 who said I don't have to pay a deposit! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Then that Super 8 motel worker said to me on that phone conversation "you need to come to the office now!" I went to the Super 8 motel front desk office immediately only to be told they made a mistake and sorry. I asked for a refund as I was horribly disrupted by motel guests and Super 8 motel staff.

This place was generally sketch. Felt safe when walking around with my bear spray. But seriously, the light fixtures didn't work and the restrooms were nasty.

It had cockroaches! On the bed!

Tv in room was broke .bathtub wasn’t clean .card wouldn’t work on pool. Had to go to front desk 4 times they tried but tv wasn’t fixed and I had to ask other guest to let me in pool .also a lot shady characters outside.
