Super 8 El Paso Airport

The hotel room wasn't cleaned. The soap was opened and used. There was used knapkins near the toilet. The tables weren't wiped. The beds were made when we arrived however I doubt the sheets were cleaned.

This hotel is just not well-kept. The paint is worn and dirty, the sink and shower were stained, the overall cleanliness (dust, etc) was below par. The bed was a metal platform with a mattress that had some give, then just bottomed out. The lamp next to the bed didn't work because it was unplugged, so I pulled the stand forward to get at the power cord, and there was all the trash that had fallen off the stand for how long, and no one ever bothered to clean up.

I recommend this chain of hotels they are good and cheap...

Expected sound from the airport, but was surprised and jarred by the immense internal noise of the building. Water flushing, rushing in the wall behind our bed like a waterfall while attempting to sleep. No hot water left for a.m. Shower. Frozen scrambled eggs at breakfast (more like egg sand or couscous) and no hot chocolate/tea was not made up by the addition of biscuits and gravy. Very cordial staff. Room was reasonably clean and well-kempt for the price/wear on the facilities from use. Laundry and pool are both closed in the a.m. to my dismay.

Not many amenities to talk about. Price is good bla bla bla.

Decent place for the price. Conveniently located to the Fountains of Farrah which offers great places to dine and shop. Staff was very friendly. I'm OCD when it comes to cleanliness so let me suggest they invest in some Mister Clean sponges and wipe down the walls.

Had a Mariachi party going on in the room next to mine that STARTED at 230am and lasted until 430am. Took three tries to get the front desk to answer the phone. They finally answered and stated they would shut down the party. All they did was get the music muted but the people and loud talk continued until the aforementioned 4am. No manner of pleading could get the staff to contain the problem. Also when the shower was turned on in the next room it would be so loud in my room the TV had to be turned up to be heard. Speaking of TV the channel selection was unbelievably BAD. No ESPN; well they had one station but I couldn't figure out which one it is. The local stations weren't listed in any particular order and without a listing in the room it was difficult to locate one of them. Air Conditioner is a window unit and when it is on the wind it blows out takes the curtain away from the window and blows up the wall, not out into the room. The manager apparently, but I suspect doesn't really care, that there are shields available for these units. Breakfast offerings aren't even mediocre enough to mention.

Overall my stay was great! A couple problems tho. There was no hot water in the mornings to shower. Had to take a cold one both days I was there. Also the toilet ran constantly. I informed the front desk of this immediately and they didn't come to fix it until we were already packing up the car to leave.

Dead roaches in bathroom. Door lock wouldn't work....difficulty getting into the room. Staff indifferent about fixing it. Still wasn't fixed when we checked out the next day. Breakfast sucked, not anywhere near what most super 8s have.

Good hotel, good service, good location, dont expect greatness.

Easy access within walking distance to shopping and dining.

Clean, Convenient, organized, pleasant costumer service.

We was in a hurry so we just booked in this motel like other times in other cities, but this time was an unhappy experience, the rooms was dirty, smells so bad, so please think in another place to stay.

We were missing towels when we got there, but the front desk gave us some. The lowest Stairs were broken so we had to go around the building to get to our room. Inconvenient but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great for the price. Waffles, Oatmeal, Cereals, Fruit w Juice and Coffee

The bed was comfortable, but only 2 pillows. The breakfast was fair - the eating area was pretty messy. Overall, was ok place. They have a nice pool.

Always a great experience. Would seem noisy since it's right off a major throughway, but is actually calm and low key. The rooms are very suitable and safe are always friendly. Can't wait to visit El Paso again.

My travels can be unpredictable but it always nice to know that this place is priced at a bargain and well kept. It's adjunct to a restaurant and only a short drive to other points of interest.

I stayed here while on a cross-country road trip. The room was decent and easy to find, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and room were both clean. The premises (parking lot) were poorly lit, and as it sits on the road, you can miss it then wind up taking awhile to backtrack. Overall, a good value, and great quick stop. Not much was around it, however.

I've been staying frequently...and its a nice place. It's not a 5star place, but much better than most road way hotel/motel in the area.

I am now a regular Super8 customer. The only thing to be aware is if you have light sleep and if your room is facing to the highway, then you will be waking up during the night. You can listen to big 18wheelers. My nights have been full of peace when I am lucky enough to get a room at the back.
