Sunnyside Home - Anthony TX, Pet Friendly, Close to El Paso and Las Cruces

Sunnyside is conveniently located between El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM; it's only 2 minutes away from highway I-10 and Wet and Wild. Our home is beautifully decorated and the greenery around the house will make you feel relaxed and recharge. You'll love the back yard with a beautiful view of the Franklin mountains, where you'll be able to have a great time with loved ones. There's plenty of space for 6 people to stay, and your well trained dogs are welcome.
The space
Sunnyside home is a two floor home with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king bed, its own bathroom with tub and a walking closet. On the second floor you will find a full bathroom and two rooms. One with a queen bed and the other one with two twin beds.
The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender as well as cooking and baking pans. Everything you need to cook a delicious home made meal!
You will also have free access to the washer and dryer.
Our home has a beautiful view of the Franklin Mountains and the backyard is equipped with outside furniture and a grill. You will be able to enjoy a cookout or just relax with your family/friends.
Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and front yard.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the laundry room and backyard. The garage is off limits.
Other things to note
Note for dog owners:
Well trained dogs are allowed in our home (No cats). We required a $50 non-refundable pet fee per to cover the extra cleaning and general wear and tear. We provide waste bags and bowls for food and water.
Rules:
* Dogs are allowed in the common areas only. No dogs allowed on furniture.
* Dogs must be crated if left alone in the home.
* The owner must pick up after their dogs.
* Absolutely no dogs allowed unless the non-refundable $50 fee has been paid.
