Food was bland, hard boiled eggs, not enough choices of hot food

The Inn made accommodations possible for us older folks with knee & back problems. The front desk person was very helpful after knowing our disappointment about our request for a 1st-floor room. Our 4-day stay was very pleasant & will request the same accommodations next visit. Thank you all for a wonderful secure Christmas week.

Had problems finding reservation. It took an hour to reconcile the discrepancy. The GM did call and took care of the issue. The early morning Front desk person( male hispanic) seems disinterested in applying basic hospitality methods.

My family and I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and were happy with it....I mean, it's not a 4 or 5 star hotel of course, but it was clean and comfortable. HOWEVER, this time around, we were very disappointed. The grounds outside are littered with paper and used soda/water bottles. They weren't cleaned up at any time during our 3 day stay. To that end, the rooms have really gone downhill as well. The carpet was sticky and felt extremely dirty. I normally go barefoot indoors, but just couldn't do it in our room this time. There was chipping paint and I also had trouble with the showerhead and faucet. The coffee and breakfast leave a lot to be desired. The coffee is incredibly weak and the breakfast is mostly prepackaged items. We will not be staying here again.

Not very friendly. I requested an early room since I had a few hours to kill before I had to take care of business and I was denied an early check in. My previous visits have been satisfactory, but I will not be staying here again.

Very friendly front desk people and also the maids were nice the breakfast was good lots of different stuff available loved the pool and jacuzzi!!!!!

Stayed at Ramada for two nights. Room had couch, tv, kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffe maker, cooktop, and king size bed. Bring own plates and pans if you're going to do some cooking because none are provided. Hotel was nice and clean and had free continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was definitely a pleasant stay. The hotel staff was very courteous. Though the location could have been better, the hotel made up for it.

this was a nice hotel for a low price, recomendable when you mostly need a place to spend the night it was mostly clean just the tub looked kind of old and nasty and one of the rooms had cockroaches

It's ok....rooms need work. Lots of chipped and broke hinges. TV did not work as th remote had electrical tape holding the batteries in. Took to front desk and he replaced it andtoldme if it still doesn't work,check the connections in the back, which I did and reconnected the cables. The wifi is tricky to get on and not strong. But for the money it is what it is....

The room was better than expected. Shower didn't work real well.

A very pleasant surprise, The rooms were booked for a bowling tournament. the staff were pleasant and efficient. The room was huge and most importantly clean. A+

Being very honest, its a very nice hotel, standard amenities proved good value for the money. If you are a smoker like myself good hotel no problem with smoking. Its a bit far from where I needed to go in El Paso, but I guess its on my side that issue.

trip for work very nice trip the hotel was very nice and close to where I was going for work. It has a kitchen area that helps when you are gone on long periods of time. Have stayed here many times now.

i was reloacting. SO had to stop late night as i was driving from LA to texas. It was a long drive but worth to stay at this hotel if you are just passing by. I opted this because i have to book on time.

The motel was a pleasant surprise. The room was extremely spacious, slept well and had a great shower.

Went on a trip for work. Room was very clean and staff was excellent! Loved that it had a kitchen since I had to be at work before breakfast started I cooked for myself and then could cook if I wanted instead of eating out! Will be using again! !

This was actually a really clean and nice hotel to stay in and it will not break your budget.
