Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad horrible horrible horrible horrible. !!

Very clean and quiet, nice comfortable bed and a great view.

We checked in to a room and after an hr the air conditioner did not cool. they moved us to another room and the bathroom tub did not drain properly. so here we got moved to another room. that was ok, I asked if everything worked well in that rm, but they said if it doesnt will give you another one. it was very inconvenient for two seniors to be moving around 3times!!

The whole staff had a bad attitude, from the front desk, to the cleaning crew. The bedding smelled. There were cigarette burns on the top blanket and room smelled of cigarette smoke. I was put in a room facing freeway noise for 5 days. For that amount of time they could have put in a room away from the freeway. I guess the manager got her kicks. I hated the time I spend in that dump.

The price is very cheap but so is their facilities, the wifi doesn't work and the pillow casea were dirty, the staff is friendly

The time has passed through the rooms of this hotel. Definitely, it’s trapped in the early 90’s. The furniture, the television, the freezer, everything is old. The room even smells like old. I don’t recommend this place, for some more dollars, you can get a better room somewhere else.

not too bad for a hotel; its in a great location for the city

The bed and bedding was very comfy; although, the pillows were flat. Not many tv channel options and had to ask the front office for an iron and ironing board. They provided the one that was to service the entire facility. The breakfast was inadequate, but the assistant manager was very helpful. For the money I don't believe you can beat the value.

This room was extremely dirty , bathroom bed spread were filthy. If it wasn't for the fact I had been extremely tired from driving I would not have stayed. In the morning there was no breakfast to speak of Juice machines were turned off and told there were not working. Upon check out when I told clerk room was unclean she just throw up her hands and said nothing. Honestly I think I should dispute theses changes because they should have comp the room it was truly not worthy of the price paid. Also would not rate this hotel any stars but had to in order to complete survey.

If youstay on the bottom floor you can hear everyone on the upper floor and the bed is awful

I order 4 rooms for our trip. The hotel located near many restaurants. The rooms are big and clean. My friends all like this hotel. There are free breakfast and free parking. The only drawback is the WiFi signal is not well in room. Maybe you have to go to lobby to use internet.

Since it's next to the I-10, you might be waking up because of the cars and 18-wheelers passing-by. Other than that, it's very confrotable. The area for breakfast is good, not great but it satisfied the needs. Good appliances. No problems with heater (I've had bad experiences with other hotels). Excellent for the price. Satisfied customer!

It was a nice and easy stay...no fuss Close to shoppingand restaurant area and right off the interstate rooms are decent, clean, and comfortable, nothing special.

finding the place was easy and accessibilty from the interstate

Arrived late and left early. Quick check in, clean room, comfortable bed. Quiet. Hot shower. Quick check out. Location at highway exit. Free coffee in the morning. For $50 I am a happy camper.

This was the 1st time I have ever been threatened to be 'kicked out' of a hotel room. Due to the manager's incompetence he said we had not paid for the room. Of course, it had been paid for in advance thru [...]. He then ran our credit card thru manually and said everything went through and was paid for. Ten minutes later he says we didn't pay enough and demanded $14 more dollars, which we grudgingly paid in cash. I then called [...] who called the hotel and managed to resolve this matter. Thank you [...]!

fabulouse

I bought a large can of disinfectant spray and sprayed the bed, bathroom and everything that I knew that I would touch with it. I also bought a candle to kill the rank smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room. I slept in my clothes on top of towels that I think had been laundered so that I would not touch any part of the bed spread. I wiped the hair out of the bathroom sink that I would assume had been left by a previous guest. The bed was stiff as a board. There was no comfort at all. The location is close to I-10 so the sounds of the highway are very loud. The Village Inn is in walking distance, although I was to grossed out to go eat there. I did not sleep, did not eat and was glad to leave. I told the hotel personnel that the room was filthy and that my stay was horrific and I did at the very least get a "sorry"....that was it...."sorry". This is not some place I would send my worse enemy let alone a weary traveler.

Me and my friends just needed a place to rest during the night and this place had all we needed..

The hotel was okay. Nothing great. But the bathroom wasn't clean and didn't have any locks. The heater in the room didn't work either.
