The staff was very very friendly and have even helped me print some items I needed from the front.

This hotel needs remodeling, it is old. Beds are not enough confortable. Next time I will choose another hotel brand.

With most places you get what you pay for, but with this place you get a little more than you pay for. I was very pleased with the hotel, it was safe, clean, and convenient. I'd definitely recommend it.

Hotel is old and in much need of upgrades, Beds are hard and uncomfortable, carpet is old. over all very disappointed with this hotel. The other Quinta hotel across the street from this one on Remcon Circle is much better.

Hotel wasn't very clean and room wasn't comfortable. Bathroom was disgusting. Building could use some upgrades. New beds, new carpet...smelled of smoke.

Got in late but every thing was handled very professional

I appreciated the fact that the registration clerk was able to move me to a ground level floor close to a door, in order to accommodate my pups. I wasn't pleased though, to see a roach in my room scared the beejeezus out of me!

Old hotel, smells bad, the location was good but the hotel need to be renewed, the breakfast was poor

Had a great time! I stayed only for one day in El Paso and had an awesome time. The rooms are clean. The customer service was great on hooking me up with a room that fits my needs. The free wifi was a plus!

The hotel was clean. Accepts pets (that's good stuff). Food was adequate - but space to eat was insufficient. There are 5 (yes 5) La Quintas all right next to each other .... Had to go 1 at a time to find the one with my reservation.. Third time was the charm(like the saying goes).

The hotel needs some work. There was what appeared to be a throw up stain under the sink, there was a baby cockroach in the tub, the wall paper in the hallway was coming off, and full breakfast was more of a continental breakfast. Sheets were clean and staff was friendly and was accommodating when we asked for a room on the lower level. I used the restroom in the hallway cause my girlfriend was in ours and a staff member asked if my bathroom was working properly. We will not stay there again.

disgusting, filthy, poorly managed, fire trap. Do not stay here. I never will again.

Very nice place to stay, room is clean, bed is comfortable, staff is friendly, good breakfast, and the price is affordable.

Good place to stay if you have stuff to do in that area

La Quinta is a great choice when traveling with pets. They are usually consistant in their quality and are a good value. This particular hotel needed a little TLC in the room ( touchup paint, chipping porcelin on the bathtub etc. ). The biggest disappointment was with the check in staff. After check in, I went to the front desk twice for assistance and the person behind the counter was on his cell phone the entire time and even kept it to his ear while he was helping me.

This hotel was a clean, quiet and convenient stop on a road trip out west. Right off of the 10, with many services close by. Would stay again for the value.

This hotel is not the newest or the fanciest on the westside of El Paso, but for the price, it has very good fundamental features for the "less picky" traveler, like me! I loved the A/C temperature controls that always kept the room nice and cool during a rather warm May week. My room had a small refrigerator and microwave that came in handy, and a nice LCD television with great picture. The wireless internet was flawless, easy to access, and fast. On the negative side,...the bathtub could have been a bit cleaner, but i'm sure some things are missed during inspection. I would have liked more coffee creamer, nutra sweet, and filters, but I made a trip to the lobby where breakfast is served and restocked. The TV remote would act up, but I swapped battery positions and that fixed the issues, so it may have been caused by weak batteries. One night the occupants in the next room had some noisy children stomping on the floor that I could hear, but thats not really the hotels fault, and the stomping stopped after a short while. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend this hotel for the average traveler on a budget.

We have two kids and are visiting family in the area. The hotel is decent, breakfast is acceptable, and staff reasonably friendly. Rooms are about average you'd expect for this chain. I would stay there again but primarily due to location convenience for us. Lack of fitness facility is a drawback.

This hotel is easy to get to near I-10 and close to restaurants and shopping nearby. The wireless internet worked well and the breakfast was basic but good. Only negative was stains on the carpeting and bathroom floor, but the room was clean and quiet.

IT WAS GOOD, JUST DIDN'T HAVE ANY BAGS FOR LAUNDRY

Thank you for writing a review. Our pillow top mattresses are one of the best types there are. However, I do understand how you feel. I'm just sorry we're losing you as our guest. Sincerely,
