Friendly staff. Helpful with points of interest to visit. Close to everything.

While the staff was great and room was cleanish. I booked/prepaid for a king and when I got there the hotel had overbooked and I got a room with two doubles. Staff told me there was nothing they could do and I had to take that room or leave and get a refund

So expensive for the breakfast that they have and the tv has just 7 channels

The room was nice and clean. The person who stayed there found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. She has bad knees and they made sure that she had a downstairs room.

Although the staff was nice and the room was clean, our stay was marred by the fact that we had no hot water.

Hotel was decent, staff was nice. Check-in was very easy. Room was comfortable but dated. Several restaurants close by that we could walk to.

I've stayed at this La Quinta previously. The first time was a great value. This time there were issues. I was given a room on the third floor. There were no sound barriers between my room and the highway. All night you could hear semi-trucks whizzing by on I-10. The pillows were way too soft - they felt like they were filled with facial tissue. Lastly, there was not enough parking. People pulling trailers took 4-5 spaces. There should be a designated area for large vehicles and vehicles hooked to trailers

The price was great but the shower didn't work right, the pool was dirty and gave me a rash, and the complimentary breakfast was just cereal, juice bagels and waffles. There was no flavored creamer.

traveled down to El Paso for the outlet malls. Stayed in a La Qubita for the first time. The room was clean, staff were friendly. Only thing we didn't like is that breakfast was from 6-9. Went downstairs at 8:30 and it was already packed up. Overall a great place to stay thoug and worth the money. Will stay again.

One of the few hotels that I consider a great stay for less money. It's hard to get hotels like this. The only thing I might say it's not that great, is the location. It's walking close to the movies, walmart and a handful of restaurants. If you wanna party, then there's nothing nearby. Fortunately I know the area pretty good and location wasn't that big of a deal. Thanks!

The room was very nice and updated. The bathtub and walls were not cleaned well but the rest of the room was very nice. It was far away from Ft bliss than I thought. Love the comfort of the bed.

We stayed the night to break up a very long drive. The motel was slightly run down but had been refurbished recently. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was, as I'm usually very uncomfortable on motel beds. The staff was very nice. It was a good value, and the area was nicer than other neighborhoods in El Paso.

We stayed overnight on our trip home for the holidays. The hotel is conveniently located just off of I-10 on the west side of El Paso. The room was very nice for the price and the amentities are at least decent. I recommend this hotel for anyone passing through El Paso.

The hotel offered everything that I need when I travel: a good bed, working A/C, average bathroom, free parking, convenience location, helpful staff and no security concerns. If you are looking for a value on a hotel near everything in El Paso, this place is worth checking out.

We often go to El Paso for shopping, our stay at La Quinta is nice because it´s near from most retail stores.

This hotel is clean, near to shopping centers, cinema and lots of restaurants and offers free breakfast.

The hotel room was average but the location was perfect. Next to restaurants and movie theater

After a long trip, it´s a nice place to stay, near the shopping areas!

The building was a little dated so I was nervous opening the door to my room, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was nice and updated. Great bed. Good location for El Paseo. Next to Walmart and restaurants. I did wish there was a better breakfast. I thought it was a hot fresh breakfast. The waffles were microwave ones. But overall, would stay again.

Many Many Dogs walking around there! The hotel was clean. The elevator was down for repairs. The pool was inviting.

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry that our complimentary breakfast was not to your satisfaction and your TV was only receiving 7 channels. Those are things I take to heart. We have looked into both of these matters. Sincerely, General Manager
