The hotel said that there was an airport shuttle but when I called day before to ask they had told me that due to remodel there was not one available. I had to take Uber to go there. It was too late to change my reservation At the hotel there was not even water. Supposedly they also provided breakfast or coffee but there was none In the room the security lock was broken and other things were not right. I did not like the whole thing. I stayed the knight there because it was too late and needed to sleep. Not worth the money

Room was dirty , carpet smell like piss
This property is very old and required renovations. I worried the elevator could stop or drop during the operation, so I took stairs if possible. Since it’s just by I10 on a one way frontier road , you can hear noise in the room all the time. If you open the door, the noise is loud. The carpet is dirty. There is no fridge and microwave. You can get a bag of cold food as breakfast. Staffs talk to you through a small open slot in the office and customers stay outside, so it’s hard to hear what they said.
The room was dirty the carpet smell bad with roaches no ice.
There was a leak coming from the toilet. I turned the water supply off during the night. Next morning I tried to notify the office but no response.

Just an average older hotel, culking needed in tub area but overall decent place for the price. Good access along the 10 freeway. Breakfast was sparse with options, only warm item was scrambled eggs no meats.
Very pleasant staff and was really nice to get a courtesy call after arriving to room.
We came in for a conference after a very hot 9 hr drive on a motorcycle, and everything was in order..bed was comfy, pool was clean & awesome, clear spot for the motorcycles, Breakfast was good with a great variety and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
This hotel is very old. Its doable for last minute options. That's my only issue its old and outdated. Carpet needs to be replaced, everything needs to be restored.
