hotel service was okay, got into our room it did not look very clean or smell clean, stains in carpet. overly priced for what was expected. We were tempted to go next door to the motel 6. Some of the cleaning staff were very rude. Towels and bedding were stained. We were there for 3 days and our room key kept getting deactivate it was very frustrating. Parking was horrible, the spots were too small so people would take more then one spot.
Nice hotel close to freeway and gas. Hotel in good condition with nice room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Breakfast opened at 6am which was nice.
It would be difficult to write a poor review simply because I stayed at the Days Inn West in El Paso two different times within just over a week. The hotel is very close to a major life line of El Paso, North Mesa St. I stayed in two different rooms on the first floor. Both rooms were VERY reasonably priced. This was important because I was going to stay for 6 days. I stayed two days, drove home to Santa Fe for two days and came back for 4 more days. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and quiet. The staff at the counter and housecleaning were great. I was incredibly impressed with El Paso and Days Inn West. EL Paso is a thriving community these days. There seemed to be an abundance of jobs and smiles. I checked out an EL Paso Chihuahuas game and a ZZ Top concert. What a nice time. I'll certainly stay there once again. There were families, workers and singles staying at this location. It was perfect for me. TV worked very well. Shower was great. I'll be back.
The carpet is worn out and smells bad. The owner must spend the money to at least change the carpet!
Not a safe place to stay, Im a 31 year old female traveling alone. Not even after 30 mins of being in my room guys were calling my room number asking horrible things. Never ever stay here!
Upon check-in a was given someone else's room! When I first got to the room it just looked like it hadn't been cleaned, no personal belongings in it. The first thing I do is take a shower, after about ten minutes the front desk calls saying that I had been given someone else's room. The problem was solved quickly after that, but imagine walking into your hotel room with someone else showering in it!
Stayed overnight. Super reasonable rates and the room was spacious and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful. If there was a negative at all it was that parking was not necessarily very close to the room, partly in our case because of where the outdoor pool area is located. Left before 6 a.m. so did not try the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
I enjoyed my stay highly recommend it too anyone lpoking for a great place and the rooms are super nice
Overall it was very noisy. Carpet in room was completely worn out. Had a nice walk in handicapped shower, but bathroom floor filled with water during shower. All handicapped parking stalls were taken by cars with no handicapped license or placard during the two days I was there. Went for breakfast and found all the chairs stacked up. I had to get my own chair off the stack and bring it to a table, while the guy behind the desk just watched. Coffee was cold. I would never stay here again.
I really love that hotel. Really nice and clean bed and comfortable room. And the best thing is its cheap. Its 100% better than super8 motel. beacuse early morning i talked super 8 guys they even cant understand english and asking more money than what they print on paper.
