Overall the property was good and I would stay there again. The issues that made the overall rating "good" are we had issues with our key cards and the ice machine by our room not working. The room, beds and A/C were great. Friendly and professional staff; overall quietness in the building we stayed and the well lit parking areas were also pluses and reasons to stay there again.
Nice property, easy on/off freeway. Be away there is no elevator. Only disappointment was there were no cups in the room for water, and one caffeinated coffee pod for two people staying in the room. I’m sure they would have provided that had we asked, but honestly we were just too tired when we arrived after a long day’s drive. However, all in all we were pleased with the stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.
super clean rooms, great for this virus spread times, all the rooms have acces to door fresh air instead of being inside a building
The property is not very handicap accessible. I really disliked the huge metal gate that surrounds the “villas”.
Pros: Location of hotel is close to attractions and restaurants. Hotel is clean, beautiful, & has helpful staff. Dislikes: Hotel layout feels like a maze & was confusing/annoying at first to find room In 100 degrees. Then Key card didn’t work. The ac sucks. Took hours to ‘kinda’ cool the room.
