The night staff member that checked me in was very sweet, and tried to be helpful. The rooms, however, were awful. The first room had a phone missing half the numbers, and the second phone didn’t even work. Then I saw the quarter sized spot of dark, dried blood on the carpeting on the bathroom. I had them change our room, and the second one smelled super musty when we walked in, but we had been traveling/driving all day long, and just wanted to sleep. When we closed the bedroom door in the morning, we noticed a lot of mold on the back of the door. We were only there for one night, so I informed the front desk on the way out. The morning employee didn’t really seem to care, and I just wanted to leave. The pool was also closed by the department of health, so who knows what that was about. My 10yo wanted to swim, but with the lack of cleanliness in the rest of the hotel, I don’t think I would have been comfortable with that, had the pool been available. I’m hoping it’s a one-off for this location only, but it’s souring my opinion of Baymont as a whole.
We reserved queen beds and slept in full.
The hotel was really nice, staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was good. We arrived late at the hotel and really didn’t really get to experience the hotel that much.
We love when we are able to get a suite. It fits our family well. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area and kitchenette! We even had theee TVs! It was getting a little dated, and there wasn’t enough hot water for all of us, but otherwise it was very nice!

The room set up is perfect with the two bedroom suite. We have been staying at this property for several years while traveling and the up keep and cleanliness have not stayed satisfactory this year. Specifically one of the bedrooms had a very nasty smell (possibly pet urine) and the elevator smelled like smoke.
Its near the highway but so is everything else. Everything was super dusty, inside drawers it was gross, bathtub had yellowing and rust, vent up top was suuupppeeerrr dusty not had if you have asthma. There were not even normal dishes or pans. Get a room with or a kitchen and I get you'll be happier. My husband wanted to leave the whole time and the windows had kids finger prints all over it. Definitely NOT Covid cleaned. The bathrooms weren't working anywhere but our room and the work of room had sticky carpet. Breakfast doesn't count as breakfast and you can, see their kitchen isn't clean from the hall so I don't recommend eating the 2 cooked things. The one thing edible for breakfast is the cereal or oatmeal, but other than that you can have a bagel, eggs, or something unidentifiable. After the rating Orbitz gave, I don't trust their ratings anymore and it would have been worth it to spend more. Positive - the staff was friendly.
It is a decent place to stay for a night. There's just not anything around the neighborhood.

We will differently stay here again and next time we will bring our family. The night and morning front desk gals were wonderful. Very nice place.
