We reserved a non-smoking jacuzzi suite for an evening before our flight. All of the “Evenly Numbered” rooms are non-smoking and all of the “Oddly Numbered” are smoking. Sadly, they are directly across the hall from each other, so the smell of smoke was wafting through the halls. When we turned on the heating in our suite (forced air) it was as though someone had lit up a cigarette right in our suite! It was terrible. I called the front desk and they brought a can of AirWick freshener up to our room. They said there was nothing more they could do. The staff was well mannered and friendly. Though the jacuzzi was a really nice feature, I won’t reserve a room there again because of the smell of cigarette smoke!

We waited probably a half hour at the airport for the shuttle for this hotel. We had to call the hotel twice and they just responded to "wait it out". We saw I think ALL the other hotel shuttles pass us. We get to the hotel, easy check in. The lobby smelled like weed and the woman working breakfast shift was asleep on the coach. Would probably try one of the other hotels in similar price range instead of this one next time.

Very clean and comfortable. The price was right. Continental breakfast was good with a decent variety of foods to eat. Staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is the pillows...they need to be replaced. All in all, very good for the price we paid. I would definitely go back!!!

We used to always use Elite parking when we vacationed but when they stopped washing the cars before you arrive we started looking for other sites. We found that the Quality Inn offers one night stay, parking(some with plug inns) breakfast and a free shuttle to and from the airport for just over $120.

We have stayed at the Quality Inn multiple times over the past few years and we always return to it. The price is very affordable, we get a week long vehicle stay included in the price and a continental breakfast as well. Rooms are clean, nothing too fancy - walls may be a little thin. I recommend trying to stay on main floor nearest the lobby as those rooms seems to have less noise issues.. We appreciate the drop -off and pick-up services to and from the airport (free). Over-all for the $ spent, it is worth it.

We live an hour out of town and had an early morning flight to Jamaica, so we booked the Quality Inn and took advantage of their discounted parking for the week while away. The free shuttle picked us up at 2am from the airport. We even waited inside the warm hotel while my husband warmed up the vehicle. We'll definitely do this again!

My husband and I stayed our last night there as we had an early flight to Ontario the next morning. The hotel reception checked us in early which is great. We decided to upgrade to a king non smoking with Jacuzzi. The disadvantage was that our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The room was adequate, pillows were so flat it was as if you had your head on just the mattress. It was very quiet hotel. Would recommend but the standard room only maybe?

Excellent motel. Third floor room in "tower" unit. A very standard Quality Inn room with everything you could want. Very clean, very comfortable beds, quiet. Views from rooms are uninspiring, but the motel is meant for rest or for catching a flight. Nice to know: they have a deal, stay one night, and leave car parked for free for a week.

We stayed there overnight, before getting the shuttle out to the airport. It is an economical place for an overnight stay. Front desk personnel were pleasant and efficient. Our room was clean and typical of many hotels, good WiFi access, flat screen TV, queen bed, all of good standard. Our wake up call for 3:30am came through on time, as did our shuttle booked the evening before at the desk for 4am. We were the only passengers and the driver delivered us efficiently. There is an attached Greek/pizza restaurant with a small menu. The operation seemed to be run by just one man, but again good service and acceptable food. In summary, if you want a economical place to spend the night before or after your flight from EIA, Quality Inn fits the bill.

We were heading out early to the airport and figured Quality Inn was a decent deal, wrong!!! Our room was dirty when we checked in 😞 there was a dirty sock behind the bathroom door and hair everywhere. Front desk switch our room but the excuse of “we have been really busy” just doesn’t cut it. Won’t be back!!
