Came in an hour after the check in time so I dont have to wait too long in line just in case mostly will check in on time and when I get there, there is 3 people ahead of me, at first it was okay until one guest was takinh too long and I understand every guest have different concerns but I hope you should know and understand that you guys are managing a hotel which means visitors/tourists are expected to stay in hotel often and will get busy at times especially on a long weekend! Seriously theres only one receptionist at front? And my child is already tired from the trip and needed to wait for almost 15 mins just to check in. I was expecting atleast two receptionist was there, another receptionist, supervisor or manager perhaps when he/she should be informed theres already a line up and he got stuck with that one guest. I dont care how the shifting works but please on a busy day like that such as long weekend, holidays etc I advice to have extra people dont be stingy just so you can save up from paying extra on employees when you can get grumpy guests and bad service. Also, the phone in our room was broken when I supposed to ask a room service so I had to go all the way down just to say it in person, there may be an elevator but it wasnt an excuse that I could just go down anytime. The receptionist could have inform us about that, its impossible he wasnt aware or no one didnt even know about it. If it wasnt for the housekeeper I wouldnt leave a tip behind.
