Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, fire pit was nice, walkable to restaurants, nicely decorated for fall!

It was exactly what one expects of a Hilton - super clean, pleasant atmosphere, easy check-in. All of the staff were very friendly and greeted us with smiles. We needed a rollaway bed and it was waiting in our room as requested (and was more comfortable than expected). The room was pristine and comfortable.
Enjoyed the overall experience but was a bit disappointed when we couldn’t get dinner on half hour before restaurant closing time because orders are backed up
The front desk staff was nice, overall the property is nice. However, our first room upon checking in we found wads of hair, trash and half eaten food on the floor. Spiderwebs in the tv stand. So the cleanliness of the room was not great for 150$ a night. But the front desk attendant promptly put us in a new room. I would stay there again, but i will thoroughly check the room first.

Room was clean and comfortable. The entire staff was customer service oriented. Breakfast was delicious but normally breakfast is included at the hotel we visited previously
The King Size bed room with whirlpool was all that we were had desired for a couple celebrating their anniversary. The artificial fireplace was a nice touch as well.

Just after checking in, my husband locked our car keys in the trunk of the car. Inside the car was our diaper bag and purse. The general manager spent 45 minutes outside with my husband trying to unlock the car and then after failed attempts the staff call a tow company for us. The manager offered to drive us to the store down the street to get diapers. The hotel was very clean and inviting. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel over the others in the area.
I've stayed in many hotels in Columbus area over the years and was very surprised at how great this hotel was! I believe it must get overlooked in the cluster of surrounding hotels. The service was great and my room was enormous and clean plus a much needed whirlpool big tub. Very pleased with everything. The dining was also fantastic! I can't believe more locals don't come here to eat.
