The apartment is very nice, reasonable price, walking distance to groceries and a canal view which makes your night view from the apartment unforgetable....and if you like to is only couple minutes walking from the apartment... and near to haymarket was very easy for to move to other cities

This hotel was very clean and modern, and it was easy to walk to all the major tourist attractions and sites in Edinburgh. There are a couple nice cafes nearby (loved Loudon's), and a convenience store right there. Pretty location right on the canal. Reception responded quickly and efficiently to the small problem with the hot water that arose, and it was fixed immediately.

We visited this place last year & we really found it very nice.... The lake view & surroundings are superb. Grocery shop, bus stop & restaurants are at a walking distance. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms, hall, bathrooms & kitchen were very good. The only problem was the wooden flooring was making a lot of noise while walking & it's really irritating at night. Secondly the dishwasher in the kitchen wasn't clean. The staff is good. We stayed here for almost 10 days. All in all it's good.....

We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Huge and clean. Powerful showers. Beds made with high quality linen and very comfortable. Fluffy towels. Kitchen well equipped. Parking in basement £10 a day , secure with cctv and closed door to garage. Friendly staff . Check best location for your needs as this may be quite a walk for you and they own others.

We stayed here for five nights as a part of a birthday golf trip with two other couples. My husband and I had a one bedroom apartment with a canal view. The apartment was spacious and clean and we were pleased it came with an ample supply of coffee and tea for the chilly mornings. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, willing to answer questions for us about bus travel and where to buy groceries. It would be nice if some kitchen paper products were supplied, perhaps some napkins or paper towels since many travelers will have at least one meal a day in the apartment. The apartment was an easy walk to The Royal Mile and numerous restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed by the standard of the apartment - we stayed for 3 nights during the Festival. Very spacious and comfortable. The location is good - overlooking the canal means it's interesting, but not noisy (apart from the Tattoo's fireworks!). Location is not central, but a 20-30 minute walk to all the Fringe events. Great service from reception and cleaning staff.

This 3 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and two bathrooms worked perfectly for our stay. The livingroom was spacious including a dining table for 8. There was a balcony with a great view of the canal. The decor was nice and each room had a safe, hair dryer and TV. The location is just SW of Edinburgh Castle. It was a long hike to Princes Street. We used Uber or had the desk call a cab for us most of the time.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment here as part of a holiday visit to Edinburgh. Our friends stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in the same building. We had a great view toward the castle. The apartment itself is very large and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen much but it had everything you would need. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice and clean. All the tech (tv's, a/v and wifi worked without problem). The front desk service was very helpful. Location wise, either walking or taxi, very nice and central. Some good restaurants and cafes locally. Would very much recommend to anyone coming for a visit to Edinburgh for work or pleasure. Btw - if you are a film buff, there is a cinema called Cameo about 300 yards away that is a really cool experience - 103 years old and going strong!

I booked this place last minute to spend the week with family in Edinburgh. The price was very competitive so I was not expecting such quality when arriving. Big flat, large rooms, all included, very clean, looks as new. Beds were so comfortable. The location is perfect to walk to the center and the canal area is such a nice and calm environment. There is a car park access for an extra £4 per day which is useful in Edinburgh. Tres bonnes prestations pour cet apartment situe a 10 minutes du centre ville, le quartier est en development est plus moderne que le centre ville mais la proximite du canal apporte un cadre ideal et plus calme que dans le centre. Parking en extra.

I am currently staying here for 4 weeks due to insurance work getting done to my house! Cant really fault it it's not your 5 star hotel but has a lot going for it! Clean, loads off storage space, great location, full kitchen - washing machine dishwasher pots pans again clean! Great location to out the back door round the canal and you 2 min walk from Lothian road, ideal for the festival. Down side we were told it had sky ... it doesn't it's free view with sky sports! Would I stay here if insurance wasn't paying .... probably yes for a free days. long term if I was on holiday yes but if you work and need your own time and space probably not! All in all a good place to stay
