Probably the best night sleep of my trip happened in this hotel. It was a wonderful stop.

Good hotel, only problem is shuttle service; no one tells you they stop shuttle service after 9:40 pm from airport or 9:40 am to the airport on weekends. Cost us time and taxi fare each way, most importantly the aggravation of waiting a night in the airport not mowing that no shuttle is coming until we called the hotel
Booked room on wrong night by mistake. Noticed it the minute the confirmation email came through and tried to correct night or refund. Would not accept either. Complete scam

Airport pick up bus was the best ; staff was very useful about trip to Leuven; everything was as expected. Price was reasonable
I really liked the hotel room we stayed in it was very nice, comfortable and well appointed. Can't complain at all. The hotel staff was also friendly and professional. What I didn't like was the bar food and drink prices. It is outrageous to charge 18 euro for a hamburger and 9 euro for a local beer. We went to a pizza place in town and had 2 pizzas for 15 euro and bought beer for 1,50 at a corner store (same brand as the 9 euro at the hotel). Then walked to the Novotel and had beers at the bar for 5 euro, a justifiable price for a hotel bar. This hotel is fine for business travelers who are being reimbursed, but if you're on your own dime, maybe stay here, but plan to eat and drink elsewhere. I'd recommend to a friend, but warn them to plan to eat and drink across the street at Novotel...
We were visiting Paris however our return home was a morning flight out of Brussels airport. Rather than make the drive from Paris in the morning we opted to spend our last night at the Crowne Plaza and take advantage of it's close proximity to the airport. As it ended up we arrived very late, (1:30a.m.), and found the hotel to be well secured. The hotel is beautiful and has every amenity one could ask for. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I only wish we could have stayed longer. My only caveat is: our navigation system would not recognize the hotel address as listed. We saw it from the highway and spent some time figuring out how to get to it. Not a pleasant exercise so early in the morning after a long drive.
