I have not been refunded my 50.00 deposit for the room and I'm very upset
It was very comfortable and relaxing. My guests were very pleased.
It is a terrible hotel. I booked 3 days staying. I checked in hotel on 08/03/2017 at 11:30 pm. I came back to the hotel on 08/05/2017 at 1:00 am. I opened my room but it did not work. I came down to the front desk and ask the reason why my key did not work. The guy who was working in the front desk adjusted the new code in my card. I returned to my room. It worked at this time. I was scared when the door open. I saw a bag on the desk that was not belong to me. I stepped back to the door and realize that someone was in my room. I talked to the guy was in the front desk and he told me the computer popped up that I already checked out. I told him that my key was still in my hand how could I checked out without return my key to the front desk. He said the cleaner did not see my luggage in the room so she assumed that I already checked out. He said there was no room for me and suggest that he will refund money for me and I should leave the hotel at 1:30 am. I could not find hotel any hotel at this time. I asked him rent the hotel for me. He said that I rent the hotel by myself. I did not agree with his solving problem. We called the police.The officer did not solve my problem. The guy was in the front desk told me that the hotel has the rights not serving me. I argued that I did not do anything wrong and I already paid 3 nights. The room should belong to me and the hotel should not sale to anyone and the hotel did not refund but also charged me additional 2 days ( 68.93*2).
The staff was pleasant and helpful, but the 2 rooms we rented smelled terrible-- old smoke and funk. Seemed clean enough, but wow-- the smell. The whole place was booked, checked in late, couldn't change rooms. Oh well.
When I arrived, was informed by hotel staff that the reservation had been cancelled by Expedia that morning, There were no more rooms available, so had to travel farther to get a room.

Air conditioner was not working properly Sound on TV not working Shower curtain rod needed to be repaired Did not stay the second night Night manager was notified, as was Sarah Shockley, facilities manager. I want refund on second night rate
Not a clean place. Had to switch rooms when nobody could get the TV to work. Dead insects, cotton swabs, trash, and even a blood test strip remained undisturbed in the hallways for the entirety of our three night stay. No one cleaned our room after the first day, so we had to request a cleaning on the second. The staff could usually be found outside smoking. A large red wasp nest has been ignored by the side entrance. ( All other area hotels had been booked,so it's not like we could leave.) The shower curtain had soured, and the faucet leaked so bad we had to dam back the water with pool towels
The front desk staff was kind, quick and made our experience pain free. The room had a great shower, great water pressure and clean. The beds were comfy and we all slept very well.
The staff was helpful and fantastic. I came a little bit early and the room was not ready yet. However, the staff asked the housekeeper to clean my room first so that I could check in. They helped me to check in early without any problem. During my stay, my room was always kept clean as if I was staying at high level hotels.
Just spent the night. Good beds! Breakfast OK
