Room was poor at best. Attendant was to busy on her phone or tablet to assist as I came into the building, my wife came in after and was not even acknowledged. Sink drain was full of mold and did not drain until we manually cleared. Bathroom towel rack came off the wall as we took a towel off of it. Carpet was cleaned in traffic areas, along wall and behind table was awful. Ice machine was out of order. Bathtub had ring, obviously not properly taken care of. Bathtub was the most slippery tub I have ever Benin in, very dangerous. Cobwebs in corner behind the table. Lampshade was filthy. Breakfast area was very dirty The bed was the only thing comforting

Ok trip- only stayed there one night. You are ridiculous that I have to text more

Very comfortable beds and good pricing. Pet friendly with well designated pet area.

The bathroom was very small - the door to the bathroom you had to squeeze through to close and was annoying. Location was great except not by any restaurants

We were in Eau Claire for a wedding, and we wanted a clean, reasonable place to stay. Days Inn West was clean and reasonable. The Continental Breakfast was a good way to start off our next day.

Choose on price and close to highway. The hall carpet was dirty and room carpet turned your socks black and had lots of stains. I would never stay here again. Breakfast server was touching food with bare hands when putting on serving trays. Room also had musty smell. This is the last time we will stay at a Days Inn we have had sub par cleanliness last three stays at different locations.

We needed a place to sleep for 5 days while we worked an event so really all we did was sleep there and it was fine for that. Oh, we had the breakfast too and it was as expected.

The hotel staff was the best we have ever experienced! The man who drove the shuttle was very helpful!

Super easy to get into and out of. Close to 94. Resteraunt and gas station all right there. Very quiet

While this motel was only 5 minutes from downtown Eau Claire, it SEEMED remote from anything of interest. There traffic noise of I-94 is non-stop. The desk clerk (same person during check-in and the next morning) has an air of indifference to guests. The continental breakfast is better than average.

For the money and our purposes, it worked. No pool was a bummer but not a deal breaker. First room that was assigned to our group looked as though someone has just rolled out of the bed and walked across the other on their way out. The person at the front desk did state that should have never happened and gave us a new room promptly. The second room we reserved smelled strongly of cigarettes/smoke. The cigarette room wasn't enough of a concern to bother them again. Complimentary breakfast was unexpected for the price point. Apple juice had some particles in it. Hot waffles weren't bad but tasted a bit "off" compared to what I normally see at hotel breakfasts. Long story short, just remeber that you get what you pay for. With that in mind, not bad for an inexpensive one night stay.

staff very friendly, room ok for cheap price. Smelled like smoke even though nonsmoking. Breakfast below average.

Very good staff. The trip was as good as the more expense motel that I have stayed at.

We stopped over for a night on a drive from Ely, MN to Indy. Reserved and paid for the room on our phone using the O app. Room was great for one night stay

We were in town for a friend's birthday and it was a fine place. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was quiet. Nothing super amazing but it was a great price. It is way outside of Eau Claire but right off the interstate.

Spent only one night at the hotel, but room was clean, had a decent complimentary breakfast, overall good impression and would stay again

I hate to be negative because the room was fine ~ comfortable size and everything. Breakfast was ok - not a huge selection, but adequate. Would have liked to use the pool and hot tub but it was emptied (In July?) Anyway...what I didn't like was the 'residential wing' people. It would seem the motel rents out on a monthly basis to low income, kids running around in diapers, hanging out on the back steps (right outside my window), questionable looking people hanging around at all hours.... so the 'atmosphere' wasn't other busy travelers, it was an uncomfortable, in 'their' space feeling. It would have been nice had it not been for the 'residents'...that way maybe they could have had the pool open ;)

Only was there to sleep & I needed an iron & ironing board and was none

Even though the hotel was just off the Interstate, the rooms were quiet. Easy to find, restaurants next door.

We stayed 3 nights and each morning we had to beg for more towels. They said they were always out of them which didn't make much sense. We stayed for Country Jam and asked the front desk staff if we could get a cab to take us to the grounds and still get our 3 day shuttle bus passes. They said it wouldn't be a problem but it was. It ended up costing us $15 more dollars for transportation than it should have.
