One word. Ghetto.

They charged a damage deposit for a pre damaged room. Ripped curtains, stained linens blodryer apparatus torn off the top wall and on a shelf, shower handle loose and luke warm water.

For starters there is a 50 dollar CASH deposit that was needed but was not stated on Orbitz. Once I finally got a smoking room, it was in the back by the highway/trees. Which was fine but, the room had a empty bottle of Heineken, soda caps everywhere, hair dangling in random places, and shaved hair on the wall in the bath tub. The “white” towels had black scruff marks on them. No WiFi, Ice machine on the other side of the universe lol, NO Cellular SIGNAL. And lastly after one of our storms passed by….the side of the building I was stay, was infested with little frogs everywhere. I’m scared of frogs so I couldn’t leave my room until someone told me it was all clear. SMH. The staff is really nice though. No complaints about them.

Room and bathroom were filthy and sheets on the 2 beds did not fit - mattresses were exposed. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Horrible!

The property was dirty. Sheets were dirty and the white rags were brown. Very noisy and to top it off roaches were running around the room. We ended up leaving and getting a refund. Was not safe for my family at all.

The property was right off I95 and next to service stations and a Waffle House which was helpful.

Great for the price! Room clean and Quiet and in Good condition. Provides nice breakfast. And has nice bar in evening. Convenient location just off I-95 near Fayetteville. Staff very friendly.

I checked the place before checkin and found it to be very unclean. The staff said they wouldn’t accept prepaid reservations and wasn’t apologetic about it. They waited on the reservation for more than a day until we went there without letting orbitz know upfront about this. That just how much they cared about their customer.

Nothing fancy but everything works. Bare minimum. Perfect over night stay. Very happy!

Exactly what you would expect from an inexpensive hotel along I-95. Not a vacation destination. But a place to crash on a long drive. With breakfast too!

The price was ex excellent and the room was attractively decorated and clean. My enjoyment ended when I sat on the bed. The bed was quite uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Also, there were noisy children running around til late into the night. I'm not sure how much control the management would have over that, however. Even so, in spite of the value and otherwise well-kept room, the lousy bed is the deal breaker. After all, sleep is the main reason for going to a hotel, right?

Basic adequate hotel at a bargain price. Location is a bit far from town so you will need your own transportation.
