Kia ora Mahesh, Studio units have bathroom but do not have full kitchen facilities. The water supply to the bathroom is the same water anywhere in the motel. I guess we are fortunate in NZ with this. However it is not culturally acceptable to some and I was happy to provide drinking water. The cold shower.... well I suggest that your travelling companions may have enjoyed a long shower each and exhausted your hot water cylinder as I've not been told by a guest prior or since of a problem with the hot water.
