This was our second stay at this hotel, and it's become our go-to when staying in Chincoteague. The facility is ever so slightly outdated (mostly just the bathrooms) but it's very clean and every staff member I've encountered so far has been very friendly. Convenient location to bike rentals and the park. Will be back for sure!
This is a great hotel. The rooms are very large. Breakfast is good. My only complaint, there was no daily maid service. I am sure that info is somewhere, I wish I had been told when I checked in

Hotel was very accommodating. From check in to check out everything was perfection. The room was very clean, the staff was wonderful, and the location was amazing. I love that the pool hours are long and the fire pit will warm you up after going for a swim. Plenty of casual spaces outside to relax and just enjoy the atmosphere and beautiful landscape. Breakfast in the morning was great too.
We were pleasantly surprised arriving at the BW. The front desk was very nice and got us in our room quickly, with cold lemonade in the lobby and a little packet of fresh baked cookies with our keys. We were able to park in front of our room or very close nearby, never more then a 30 second walk. The room was clean and a/c worked perfectly, wifi a little spotty (we were in last room in the row), shower was hot and strong pressure. There's definitely not much between the floors, as we listened to the child upstairs running around each morning, but with the age of the building I'm sure there's not much they can do to remediate that. We never heard our next door neighbors when we were in the room. Location was perfect if you plan to go into the National Park often. We rented bikes across the street and rode over (no entrance fee for walkers or bikes). It is the farthest from all the restaurants and shops down Maddox & Main, but still very close and the trolly picks up right out front.
I loved the new outdoor seating and the fire pit! The rooms are spacious. Great location. Has an outdoor sand shower to rinse off after the beach.
Location was excellent; very nice hotel with many nice amenities. Closest to wildlife park and beach.
