Front desk staff person was very helpful at check in. She even called and inquired about a place we wanted to go to for drinks and dinner.

Nice hotel that is close to all attractions at Kent Narrows. It isn't with in walking distance at Kent Narrows but just a couple mins down the road. If you book make sure your get room opposite of US 50 / 301 .

Front desk and owner are related and owner supports unprofessional harassing behavior. They turned away a disabled guest after charging credit card and refused to refund the paid room and deposit until the police were called. Go everywhere else but here these people don't deserve your business. Staff is not customer friendly. Found Much Better

Not to much good to say. The price was to high for the comfort that was available.

The floor plan and decor was very nice. It had mini fridge and microwave with full ironing board and iron. Also a coffe machine and blow dryer. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. On the side was a small pond which has bullfrogs. I guess the only thing bad was there is no place to walk to, to eat or a convenient store and its sits right on the main highway. But it was quiet and i enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again just remember to get food before settling in.

We had a great weekend. We have stayed at the Sleep Inn many times over the years and are never disappointed. From the room to the pool to the helpful staff, A+

Hotel was very clean and very quiet. We were on the back side not the road side. The breakfast area was a little small.

The hotel was very clean and very quiet. I never heard a neighbor and the hotel was very booked. The breakfast area is a little small and the eggs and sausage left something to be desired but everything else was very nice.

All area hotels in Cambridge were all booked so I had no choice but to stay at Sleep Inn. That said, my rate included continental breakfast and the room was clean. The air conditioner was outdated and really loud. And the shower stall was out 1970's. But the rest of the hotel and rooms went through a soft renovation. So it wasn't bad for the $$ paid. I would recommend it for a quick stay.

We have stayed here before when visiting family and were pleased. The only disappointment this time was the comfort of the bed. Very hard and uncomfortable. We asked for more pillows to try to be more comfortable, and they gave them to us right away. However, it was in a great location, we used a 15% off coupon, everything was sparkling clean, and they have a continental breakfast. For a basic, no frills stay, I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Just needed a place to stay during work on my house. This was a great choice.

Booked this as a stopping point on a trip. Fit the bill perfectly!

Perfect place for family to stay during our recent power outage. Close proximity to work, pool for the teen, and breakfast included.

The front desk staff was good. The room was clean. I think the hotel is good for the cost you pay for the room.

Things went down hill right from the check-in when the clerk argued with me how I prepaid (thru [...])for the room with my Discover Card. Then after that was settled (not to my satisfaction - but she was not about to be wrong!); we left to go to an awards ceremony and banquet in Baltimore. When we returned and went to bed, doors started slamming around 1:30 and continued most of the night. When we finally gave up on getting sleep, we went to go have the continential breakfast. We opened our door and were greeted by a STRONG smell of "Pot" in the hall. Considering that #1 it is illegal and #2 we were in a non-smoking area, my desire to return to the Sleep In again is no longer a desire. The room it's self was great but when you can't sleep and you have a 6 hour drive the next day, along with the smoking of pot or anything else for that matter in any area where it is non-smoking, is totally unacceptable. Another couple staying there for 2 nights had the same problem with the slamming of doors most of the night, the night before.

We had not visited our daughter in almost a year near Graysonville and now another daughter was flying from Arizona and staying with this same daughter for Christmas. So the wife and I, both retired seniors, needed a motel in or near Graysonville that was clean, comfortable, and provided us an adequate breakfast so we could spend every available hour the next day visiting with them. We recently stayed in seven different motels while driving 2650 miles to and from Texas Cities while visiting our close relatives and none of these were as enjoyable and satisfying as the Graysonville Sleep Inn. The shower stall was clean, large, and had a special adjustment for extra comfort with an easily-adjusted hot-water nozzle. For breakfast, I had fresh dry cereal, two heated boiled eggs, a fresh Bagel with cream cheese, and hot, delicious coffee. The heat pump worked well on a cold winter night and we parked very near our room. This one's a winner folks.

Not much from the outside, but nice inside including a great shower with glass door. Could have used more premium channels in cable. Needed carpet cleaned. Very comfy bed and pillows. Friendly staff.

Only a place to sleep. Pool opens at 10am, too late to use. No individual bed reading lamps.

For the money, this was a great place to stay overnight.

Overall, the stay was pretty good, considering all things. [...] was OUTSTANDING at the front desk. However, the room was awfully tiny. I always felt like I was falling all over stuff and the bed could definitely use an update. Both of us consistently fell into the pit in the middle, which caused some restlessness throughout the night. Also, I don't know if anything could be done about this, but the water coming out of the faucet and shower did not smell so fresh. I understand that well water is used, but couldn't it be filtered? On the other hand, I did like that we had a fridge in the room and an excellently functioning toilet and ice maker. Next time, I would probably try the Holiday Inn Express down the street.
