Comfortable rooms, used for weekend break, staff were polite and helpful with directions and questions.

Arrived early for check-in. No problem, the friendly desk clerk checked me in and I was in my room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel has a small indoor pool and spa, but I did not take advantage. Breakfast was very good, with many choices of hot and cold items. Value was very good. I would highly recommend!

Working every weekend on a boat in Kent Narrows and needing clean and reliable lodging with getting fleeced. I just found it.

Had stayed in many Holiday Inn Express prior to this weekend and we were a little disappointed this time. Room was very clean except for the carpet that was tacky (as though it was cleaned with one of those sprays that never dry). On the second night we had to ask (twice) for towels and out tissue box was completely empty. Front desk staff were constantly talking among themselves and seemed mildly put out to have to get things for people. Breakfast staff were great and kept the foods replenished and did so with smiles. Over all an OK stay but we have had better experience at other locations. They were full both nights and had only the regular staff but I don't see that as an excuse.

The room was clean and perfect for our purposes. The staff was super-friendly.

Great bargain for a trip to St Michael's. Short drive to many attractions and restaurants.

The hotel staff was really great, wonderful, helpful, very friendly. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of variety, loved the hot meal option. Glad there was coffee in the room, although I do hate those styrofoam cups.

I have stayed at numerous Holiday Inn Express hotels before and i can say this was by far the least favorite..I was in a room by the elevator and lets just say..hated it !! noise from the elevator running itself plus people talking loudly both in and out of the elevator all night long...the mattress was like sleeping on a rock..pillows were even worse..and the topper for me is when I went to plug in my laptop there were no receptacles anywhere close to the bed...only a bunch of extension cords running behind the nightstand and under the bed..I had to figure out which one did what...can we say fire hazard ?? the next morning "breakfast" was served in the dining area near the front desk..I couldnt even eat what was on my plate it was so gross..the so called sausage was still half frozen and the biscuits were so hard that you could have used them as a baseball..I had to walk away and go elsewhere to grab breakfast...the plus side is that the staff was extremely kind and helpful..as far as value for the money..not gonna happen here !!!

The hotel staff was very accommodating when we arrived early and had housekeeping ready our room. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was fantastic both mornings, the food always replenished in a timely fashion. The location was good for our outings to Cambridge, St. Micheal's and the Prime Outlets. I would stay here again.

Just went there to sleep, breakfast was okay, the room was nice and comfortable

3 people registered for 2 days. Shorted us towels both days, had to go to front desk and request both days. Did not restock drinking cups or supply new ice bucket liner after first day. Room was dusty on everything especially coffee maker, its tray, the TV cabinet, dressers. Little pieces of trash under the beds. Maids would not even say hello to you when you passed them in the hall. Exercise room was nice but again no cups at water station. Pool/hot tub both nice but again very few towels on hand to go around to all there. Breakfast left at lot to be desired, bagel or cereal milk was decent but everything else was low or empty. Would definitely not stay here again and would fork over a few more dollars to try the Hampton Inn down the road.

Overall, the room was very clean and inviting after a long trip. The bathroom was beautiful! Frequently, a hotel room is too cold or too hot when I arrive but I was surprised to find a comfortable temperature. The staff were very helpful and curteous. I did not have to wait long to check in or out of the room. The only thing that I was not expecting was that the coffee pot had not been cleaned from the last use. No problem...I have seen much worse.

My husband and I traveled to Easton for a wedding celebration. We appreciated the fact that the hotel allowed us to check in early (we arrived there @ 1:00 Pm and check in time was 3:00PM) Upon entering the room, we heard a beeping sound like the "smoke detector alarm" battery needed changing. Since a maid was in the next room, we mentioned to her that we had a problem with the "beeping sound". She was busy preparing the other room so we went to the front desk to notify them of the situation. THey said they would take care of it. Nothing was done so we left the hotel @ 2PM to attend the wedding. Upon arrival back to the hotel @ 9PM, the noise was still beeping from the smoke detector. We did mention to the front desk upon returning that we hoped the battery had been replaced as we would not be able to sleep with that noise beeping all night. The front dest did not know if it had been fixed or not but asked us to call when we reached the room and let her know. We called to say the beeping noise was contuning and could not sleep in this room . She said there was not a mantaince staff member available to check on this situation. My husband asked if we could remove the battery from the smoke detector. She said yes he could try. So we pulled a chair over to the wall and my husband climbed up (without falling!) and removed the battery ; the beeping stopped. The front dest attendant called to see if we were successful in removing the battery and we said yes. We did ask if there was another room available before removing the battery and there was one that was not compatable with the one we had...we were traveling with lots of stuff to move and at this late hour were very tired and would have to leave 4h floor and go to 1st floor to find a luggage rack carrier so decided to remove the battery. (did not feel comfortabe doing this) We asked if they had any batteries available so we could try to replace it. The front desk clerk brought 3 batteries for us to try. Two of the three were "dead" but the third worked so we felt safer now and the "beeping stopped!! The King sized bed and room was very nice and comfortable. However the bathtub looked dirty with stains and a tub ring but we did not complain as it was so late. We felt the attitude of all staff members we encountered was non-caring and we were inconvencing them. At checkout, my husband mentioned to front desk clerk they may want to replace the battery in that room because it may not have much battery-life left. The room receipt was @ $30 higher than my rate with this site. Upon inquiring about the difference, the clerk said she had fixed it and I should not have received a receipt in the first place. Needless to say we will probably not stay in this Holiday Inn Express again.

Stayed at hotel to go to wine festival at St Michaels. Pleasant stay with comfy bed. A bit far from St Michaels but much cheaper than the places on St Michaels so worth it to be further out. Would stay again

When we were assigned to the room next to the elevator, the front desk staff was able to reassign us without complaint. The pool was a nice way to unwind after the day and the breakfast buffet hit the spot. The room and the entire hotel was very clean.
