Best Western Kent Narrows Inn

Nice clean and cozy room. Wonderful hot breakfast.

Had to call fro housekeeping to clean the room, but everyone was pleasant.

Old, grungy outside. Outrageous price taking advantage of location. I had looked forward to a comfy night at a hotel that had a comfy price; NOT !!

The rooms smell like dirty sneakers, and the smell clears out, sort of, after the window unit H VAC runs for a while. The problem is that the window units are quite loud, and disruptive. The television stations cut in and out. The sink faucet spits water on your clothes.

Quick check-in and good recommendations for food options that are close by.

great people working there just needs to get completed with renovation

Stayed to be able to visit the Wye Island Natural Resources Area and Outlet Malls. Great location for that just across the street from a number of seafood restaurants. Would recommend however getting a room on the bay side since there is noise from route 50 on the other side of the hotel.

This hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are a decent value.

THIS IS AN EXPENSIVE HOTEL AND ITS NOT WORTH. THE ONLY THING IS ITS NEAR TO THOSE RESTAURANTS THE CRAB HOUSE AND THE FISHERMANS INN RESTAURANT. ALSO NEAR TO THE BAIT AND TACKLE STORE . BUT WHEN IT COMES TO AMMENITIES INSIDE THE ROOM ITSELF , ITS THE SAME ROOM YOUVE SEEN IN A MOTEL OR INN. THE ONLY GOOD PART IS HAVING A FREE BREAKFAST. BUT WHEN YOUR LOOKING FOR AN INDOOR POOL THEY DO HAVE THIS BUT NOT A DESCENT ONE. PERSONALLY I DONT RECOMMEND THIS,BUT IF YOUR CHEAP, THIS ONE IS GOOD FOR YOU. JUST BEING HONEST.

Unfortunately, this Best Western is not up to the standards of others we've stayed. Badly in need of updating as rooms are small & cramped.

Not fancy, but serves the purpose for the prices. Some car noise from the highway

Very minimal in essentially everything, outdated exterior and interior, paper thin walls and everything is accessed externally.

The room was acceptable. Clean. Bathroom a bit dated but functional.

This hotel has what you need for a basic overnight stay. Would be fine for more than one night, although we only stayed one (passing through). My only criticism is that the truck noise on the north side is loud. If you stay there, request a room on the south side of the building.

This motel looks tired. It was clean, but very ordinary. The room was not very attractive and could definitely use sprucing up. The staff was good and the complimentary breakfast very good.

TV would not turn off (not designed as a nightlight, I think), room was ice-cold when entering, although heat did work. Water pressure pretty non-existent, TV remote and TV did not work (I learned this when I tried to turn the "white noise" off), could not access WiFi, Rt 50 is right there and rooms not really well insulated against highway noise. Room was clean, sheets/bed seemed clean, housekeeping was in order.

When we arrived, the Lobby had a smell of cigarettes which was a turn off because I don't smoke. When me and my Husband got to our room it was not cleaned. I was uncomfortable with this. If this wasn't already booked I would have gone to another hotel. We told the front desk about our room and they made some changes, but overall wasn't pleased with the room.

The location was great, close to Marina's and Annapolis. Hotel was very cramped for a "family" of four. Heater in the room was VERY noisey. Walls were thin, could hear neighbors TV all night (over the heater). Over priced for the off season.
