Small rooms. Terrible smell of Indian food in all hallways. Ugly decor!!! Not what I expected from a Wyndham property.
Room too small Beds too small Area was sketchy and unsafe
Most of the advertised amenities were closed, unavailable, or broken, but still listed as availabile on their website. We spent $250 extra during our trip due to this.
When I got up early in the morning, there was a lot of opening and closing of doors. I was at the end of the hall near the fire escape doors. As I left a little while later, I had a guy come around the corner to my room with a baseball bat in front of him and a security officer with him. Kinda scary, not in the best area of town and they make you load and unload your luggage on the side of the building. Parking lot not well lit.
Friendly staff. Easy check in. Adjustments made to reservation were appropriate and handled in a professional manner.
I love the location just off of Kellogg Street. It’s a clean hotel close to Wesley or Saint Francis Hospital
Poor towels
Although the front doors were locked with no "be right back" note on them, this hotel is a good value for the money and is in a very central location. Pedestrian friendly.
Decent stay for the price in downtown Wichita.
This property is clean and comfortable, but a little run down. Also, there is an alley that runs between the hotel and the parking lot. I had no problems, my car was fine overnight, but if you're a person who is not used to city life (e.g., people walking through the alley, some broken bottles in the parking lot), it may not be the best location for you.
This property is being used as a homeless shelter. It appears once they have used all of their days, they move to the parking lot. We mentioned the group in the lot asking us for money and the staff simply said sorry that happens a lot now. They DO NOT have security for the lot and our boat was gone through. Not cool.
Nice hotel in a decent location. Just beware of the sketchy people that can be in the parking lot.
The room was very clean but small over all we had a good experience.

We apologize for the scare. I will definitely discuss this with my staff. As for the unloading of your luggage, all guest are always more than welcome to leave their cars up front to bring in their belongings. This is the main reason for the carts being in the front lobby. Sorry for any misunderstanding.
