Cozy cottage located in downtown east tawas

This cozy cottage is open for vacationing in the heart of east tawas and just walking or biking distance from the local shops, restaurants, beaches, parks, east tawas marina and more; you can also find yourself enjoying outside in the fenced yard playing summer games or roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. The cottage has is updated with new kitchen appliances, a/c unit in the living called a split , 2 bedrooms with queen beds with 2 window air conditioners, 1 full pull out bed in the living room, a propane grill, cable/wifi and a compact washer and dryer. It has all the comfort needs of a home with a small town feel and minutes from the beach, local parks and downtown. After having to cancelled last year season due to the city re-zoning vacation rentals, we are certified and would love to host your next family getaway or that much needed friends weekends in the quiet town of East Tawas.

The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard.
