💧 Pool Heating & Access Information

• The private pool at the home opens for the season on May 10th and closes mid-October.
• The community pool and splash pad typically open Memorial Day weekend and close mid-September.
 → If you’re booking for September, please message us to confirm amenity availability.
• Pool use is included at no additional cost.
• Optional pool heating is available for $75 per day (2-day minimum – $150 total).
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you’d like the pool heated for your arrival.
