Loved our second stay here!

We loved our stay two summers ago and so we booked again this last week for our trip for two small families. The house is so well appointed for cooking some meals, hanging around the house and the yard is great. There were some upgrades to the house recently that made it even better. We love the proximity to the beach for sunsets and it’s a short drive to everything else we wanted to enjoy on the Cape.

Ploughneck Rd house

The house was one of the best beach short-term rentals we have ever experienced. The centrally airconditioned property had a great layout, with the large master bedroom on the first floor with a great mattress, an ensuite bathroom, and large closet with plenty of hangers. The living room had comfortable furniture. The kitchen had great appliances and any device one could wish for; lots of pots/pans and very nice plates and glasses. The dining room table comfortably seated our 3-generation family. There were lots of books and games for children for a rainy day. A highlight of the house was the enormous backyard with extensive decks and several groupings of comfortable furniture. The barbecue was great as was the hot tub and the terrific outdoor shower. The attractive walk to the beach was relatively short! All 3 generations of the family had a wonderful stay at this property.

Great stay

Great stay and home. Met all of our needs to be close to the beach and comfortable at home. Only suggested improvement would be clearer directions on how to park at the beach - road to beach cannot be walked with small children.
