Average hotel. Do not expect any extra. Minimum staffing especially at night.

I came to the burn survivor world Congress it was at the Omni convention center. First off this hotel was about 10-12 minutes away and the taxi was between 20 and $35 one-way. So I just stayed one night then move to the Omni the people working there at the extended stay were fantastic nice polite down-to-earth people and that's all I could see from the short while I was there.

I had never stayed at an ESA before and we were only here for a few days. The staff was very friendly and helpful and provided us with extra pillows when the room only had 3. We were also able to get dishes and a toaster - they aren't in the rooms but the front desk will provide them for you if you request them. Rooms have a microwave and full-size fridge. It's pretty much a hotel room with a kitchenette. Not much in the area, however there is a grocery store and restaurants within about a half-mile (in MA!)

I will recommend to stay in this hotel to whose who needs a clean comfortable an well located place with friendly staff.

Great folks workin here, location right off the highway 5 min from downtown providence

The room was nice and quiet, empolyees were friendly. Breakfast amount to only coffee and apple.

This hotel was prefect for me. I am a solo traveler and this hotel had everything i needed for my quick trip to Prov. Its far away from the state capital but serveal RIPTA bus go out there. The room was clean the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

My boyfriend feel the air is a little unfresh so he reopen the window. Then he feel it's a little cold, so he get two blankets from the front desk, which is very helpful. The breakfast doesn't contain much variety, coffee+muffin+oatmeal+fruit, but you won't feel hungry.

Have stayed here a few times. Really like the full kitchen and the laundry facility onsite. Very convenient location.

Nice room with good view could have had water for breakfast

Room is good. But the bed is uncomfortable and make me sleep not good

it is okay for stay just short time. the bed is not comfortable for me

My husband and I were pelased with the styling and cleanliness ofthe room. We would have been even more pleased if the breakfast would be a bit more substantial.

This hotel is 5 mins from the MA border. It is within 10 minute driving distance of the zoo and the city! Everything is great. However, there is no pool or gym :(

I went to East Providence to visit my friends. The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, I don't know if anyone else was annoyed by the noise made by the freezer. It was really very loud. I thought a hotel room with kitchen would be very nice. But now I have changed my mind. If you do not cook, a room without freezer would be better. Overall, it's just an average hotel. But it's almost 100$ per night. Little bit pricey.

After attending the fights at Twin River Casino and visiting with a friend, on 11/22/2013 I decided to stay here over night instead of driving back to New Jersey. The experience was nice!! The room was clean and it has some amenities in the kitchen. The only thing I didn't like was that they weren't very generous with the toiletries. Overall, the room and bedding were clean and cozy and it was a perfect stay! I would definitely stay here again!!

This was a good place to stay except no ice machine and the trays hasn't been filled. We enjoyed otherwise! They are very strict about wat time they do the continental bfast, so don't miss it!

Hotel; is a bit outside of the downtown in East Providence but it is only a short drive to down town and closer to India Point. The staff at this hotel was amazing - very friendly, very helpful and very accommodating. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are nicely appointed.

Positives: Staff and Location Negatives: Non-Smoking room smelled like smoke, beds were hard as rocks. Very Basic accommodations.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.. It smelled and was very dirty! B
