Hotel room is dirty. we had to keep our shoes on all the time. Carpet seems it hasn't clean in years. Unpleasant odor through out the whole building. staffs are not very friendly. when you go check in, front desk feels like you are visiting someone at a jail house. It's surrounded by bullet proof windows. you can hear clearly the next door room neighbor.

i spend only 1 night, about 9 hrs. breakfast was horrible

I stay two days in a hotel but and the hallway smell too strong marijuana and everywhere, my room was excellent very clean very nice

It is nasty and the staff is rude. I would not recommend this hotel to my enemies. It's just that bad.

The sofa was stained The bathroom had a smell to it And the telephone didn't work

I did not like the hotel, the cleaning was terrible, there was not a machine to get water, the people at the front desk were very unkind, and the security was terrible

Do not order food from place they recommend at desk. They took an hour to come and did not get order right - salad came with no dressing and food was bad. Breakfast at hotel was poor. No fruit, no yogurt, very limited.

I like it but we have to go tell the front desk very day that our room need cleaning we do a lot of shopping it was fun we enjoy your stay

Everything was awesome, the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good , location was good, room clean.

I did not enjoy the my stay in this hotel because it was not in a good and safe location. Also, the hotel smells bad.

Room is nice and clean. Parking is available for free. Quiet convinent from airport to the hotel.

It an ok hotel,it's local right next to everything u need.I really enjoyed my last stay there, maybe because the room was very nice and different

We only stayed one night. It was supposed to be us treating ourselves to getting out of the house.... the experience wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. *I did see a roach in the bathroom. !! Made me freak out a little .!!

We were fooled by the photos and "Ramada". The truth is: The location is in the middle of the ghetto. More than 20 minutes driving from the airport, nowhere close to it as advertised. The train station is close by, about 2 blocks away... only if you can make it there at all. It is a very run down neighborhood. Please! keep your family away. Things gotten more exciting while we slept... in middle of the night we were awakened by the rustling noise from our snack bags. It was made by a mouse having a buffet inside! Also, we saw a cockroach stared us down from our own bath towel. Tried calling the front desk for assistance... the person told us to leave the mouse alone because no other staff is available! So I had to play the exterminator and catch the mouse by closing the bag quickly with mouse inside and swatting away the cockroach. If you prefer critters crawling around you as you sleep, this is the place to experience it. On the ride to the airport... In the beginning, the driver was talking on the cellphone to his friend while driving us one handed and very distracted. I was surprised he didn't ask me to hold his phone for him while he tried to make a U turn! Every time the light turned green, our shuttle bus bolted out in the lead like a race horse out of the starting gate. Yeah, everyone in the car were holding on for our dear lives. Would you have tiped the driver after? We did! The driver chased after us outside of the drop off area and making a scene asking for a tip! Thank God we all made it out alive.

Check in and out was very easy thanks to this site. Free breakfast every morning. House keeping made sure you were alright with towels. For the free airport shuttle you must reserve this service 24hrs in advance. Its conveniently located in the middle of shopping areas a Citibank and a train station. Just like anyplace just be aware of your surroundings and enjoy yourself. Must say i enjoyed my stay. I will be going back to this hotel again.

This seven-story hotel has a single cramped entrance that leads into an insufficient sized parking area. The hotel--from the moment you step into the lobby until you are settled in your "No-Smoking" room reeks of cigarette smoke! The halls, the elevators, the linen, the closets, the air conditioner--everything smells like smoke. Only one of the two elevators was working. The 6th floor room we spent one night in had two queen beds, a depressingly dark and dingy color scheme and an awkward layout. There was no wall switch for the lights--each light had to be turned on separately using the switch on its base. The TV, alarm clock and half the lighting in the room were plugged into a single powerstrip--certainly an infraction of the electrical code. $79.00 sounds like a bargain price for a room with two queen-sized beds, but after buying a bottle of Fabreze to spray the room with, sleeping with the windows open all night and having to crawl behind a shelf to unplug the microwave and one of the lamps so we could lug in our phone chargers, I'd rather had paid double for a clean functional room elsewhere.

The room smelled no coffee pot in da room air conditioner worked when it wanted and lock on room door was broke didn't feel safe

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and didn't even get room service but 1 time elevator, ice machine and washing machines was out of order and staff wasn't really knowledgeable about anything and the free breakfast needs a upgrade had to clean my own room because staff wouldn't do there in job

WELL ITS JUST FINE. OTHER THAN THE ELEVATOR BREAKING DOWN. EVERYDAY ROOM SERVICE .

My first time in east orange, and it was nice,,,the room was good and I was close to all types of store..
