An good place to stay and even better when you have to be at the yearly comic fair (the brilliant Brabants Strip Spektakel) Very friendly and helpful staff and a very good breakfast too. But it's easy to get lost in this enormous place and one minus point. The snacks in the mini bar were out of date and also beware of the Mosquitos! This place is in the middle of the woods!
The NH Conference service is a good place that allows small events to grow due to their modular layout. The building and environment is very welcome and open. The rooms themselves are small but proper with a working climate control. For events they are good. But do note, while organizing, make clear agreements, they tend to follow this to the letter, especially when time is a pressing factor.
I have visited this hotel last weekend with my friend, I can said that the staff is very welcome and helpful.. the hotel is so big and surrounded by the nature. Even if the whether is not favorable you have many activities to do in this hotel. We enjoyed the sauna and the piscine the gaming room, we rented the bikes and visited near the hotel is absolutely lovely.😍 fews kilomètres from the hotel is a little city Veldhoven and you can find a lot of restaurants, the price are normal. And if you came by car you have 8 km from hotel the Eindhoven city. Enjoy
Stayed for 1 night with Leger holidays. The complex is very big and so is the breakfast buffet. The usual continental pastries and even a cooked breakfast consisting of bacon, sausage and eggs. There are yogurts, fresh pastries, fruit and hot drinks. The room was a twin on the top floor and overlooked the courtyard and complex. Facilities include mini bar fridge, tea/coffee/kettle, tv and free WiFi. Lovely stay. Thank you.
To begin with the hotel is located within the woods. Its all surrounded by trees and bushes. You get a nice view from the room. The rooms are spacious and tea coffee arrangements are a bonus. The hotel has many recreational activities to offer. Also the hotel grounds are a great place to go for a walk and enjoy your free time.To add on the hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Overall a place worth staying.
This hotel is in an old Nunnery, so in a very large wooded area, there are plenty of signs of its origins. the corridors are long and straight around a main courtyard (which now is part of the Abdij Bar) in this is a bell and a lovely statue above a doorway of a religious nature. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was basic but clean and very adequate for our needs. Tea and coffee in the rooms is a definite plus. Breakfast has a huge choice of food from bacon, sausages, various yogurts with fruits along with bread and sweet treats. Tea, coffee and juices. The 319 or 19 bus runs from just outside the gate straight into the centre of Eindhoven
The hotel was first class. The room was clean and the bed was massive. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. Breakfast was great. Lovely swimming pool and gym. Would definitely use again. Lovely walk around the hotel.
Our first proper trip to Holland, and the hotel was very welcoming, particularly as we were part of a group and there were many groups arriving at the same time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was good, and facilities excellent. Our room was spacious, and tea/coffee making facilities were a bonus. Lovely pool and gym facilities, Would have no hesitation in returning.
I looked after a coach group on two occasions in July. The welcome by Reception was excellent and the staff speedily helped people to their rooms. Breakfast consisted of a large buffet area with seating for some 400 people. The food was well prepared and there was a great choice. A buffet dinner was accommodated in the same area as breakfast and had a decent choice of food. The bar area was a bit narrow, but the garden was pleasantly uncrowded. The rooms were well-appointed; however the bathrooms were a tad small. The shower should have had a tray to accommodate the gels. But that wasn't a huge problem. A very nice stay.
I came here on a Newmarket Coach for a five day break to see an Andrew Rieu Concert. Its a lovely large hotel with nice walks around the grounds. Our room was comfy with all amenities although the bathroom was small but that's just a little niggle everything else was great. We had dinner in the Brasserie Portico on our last night - the smoked tomato and Bell pepper soup with creme fraishe and basil was incredible followed by a perfectly cooked rib eye steak with Bernaise sauce. The large restaurant where we had buffet breakfast was well set out for ease of movement and served, what I think, is the best breakfast I have eaten in any hotel. Finally many thanks to the very helpful and friendly staff in particular a night manager who gave me a really interesting leaflet on the history of the hotel.
