Visited here for 5 nights during dutch design week, fantastic stay, lovely staff, house maids did a fantastic job each day and really convenient location to access the whole of eindhoven!! Great stay!!
A very good BW compared to the typically ones in the next US. It appears that the hotel was renovated not to long ago. The room rate we got was competitive, which came with free internet and parking. If I come back to Eindhoven again, I'd have no issue with picking this hotel again. BTW, this hotel is about 15 minute walk to town center.
A group of fifteen on a WWII expedition.. enjoying Market-Garden festivities in this welcoming city. My third visit here with our tour groups - as many as forty-four people in tow for three nights. parking.. very tight behind the building.. but manageable. NOT for motor coaches though.. easy access from the street with a "pull in" area to get in/out of coach, taxis. Watch the bike lane! no rooms on ground level. Small elevator.. can only take 2-3 people and standard size pieces of luggage on each trip. ask for 2nd/3rd floor rooms and just take the stairs if you only have an overnight bag rooms are clean, moderately sized for two people, beds are comfy, two types of pillows.. a soft, squishy one and a firmer one. CNN in English and maybe BBC on wall mount TV...seems as if other channels were Dutch, French and maybe Germans. WIFI was okay unless everyone was piling on at the same time at the end of the day.. then a teensy sluggish. bathrooms varied among our group.. some had tubs, others just a stand up shower stall. housekeeping staff very efficient and thorough. breakfast was great... grains, cereals, breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, sliced hams and cheeses, fruit, yogurts, juices.... coffee machine .. so our American group "made due" with cappuccinos and espressos.. while longing for our 10 ounce mug of Dunkin Donuts coffee dinner service was adequate... standard fare of chicken, potatoes, vegetables, dessert... the staff is fantastic, and always has been... which is why we return here...so friendly.. and genuinely interested in customer service... good location.. about a mile walk to the city government offices.. and not too bad to get out of the city traffic in the morning... and on the "Highway" I'll definitely book here again for our tour groups!
The hotel looks a bit used. And also everything in it. I think that their room color scheme (dark blue and brown) was not picked wisely and already small rooms look even more heavy and you feel like the whole room will come crushing down on you. Not a pleasant experience. The restaurant looks nice though, and the breakfast is average. A little too expensive if you ask me (15,5 EUR per person and the selection is nothing special).
We checked in by friendly male staff, room was big enough with air condition, there is kettle in the room for making hot drinks. Public area clean and tidy, free car park. Had drink in bar area, very clean, very friendly staff. This what I like: friendly, professional and helpful staff who can give you advice or just have a quick chat. Mandy was funny, will back next year.
Stayed here for 1 night for business. Even though the location is not in centrum, but access to city center is quite easy, with bus stop just across the Hotel's front door. Room space a bit small, but this is not a resort, so just for a good night sleep, it is still ok. Room was clean, bath room ok. Soap and shampoo available.
This is a fairly small hotel, but the room was clean and comfortable for sure, i stayed for 3 nights. The staff were great and helpful at every chance, and i enjoyed the food in the restaurant. The room was fine, it had everything you need, and was always kept clean. I found the service in the bar / restaurant was a little inconsistent. Always friendly, but each night i was there when it got to about 10.00.pm it was quiet and the staff were off somewhere else so it was hard to get any drinks. Otherwise it provides a good, simple experience. I'd be happy to try it again.
We were there for 2 nights for a small NED trip. We were only at nights. It was perfect for us. The room was clean and the staff were very friendable. The room equipped with water heater, 2 mug, tea filter, instant caffe, sugar and canderer. It was a nice surprise for us. Thank you.
The hotel is not perfectly located but it is on a 30 minutes walk from the city center which is ok. There is also a bus station in front of the hotel but we never took a bus. There are 2 asian restaurants near the hotel and there is also a park on a 10 minutes walk. Room was clean, the staff was friendly. Nothing to complain about.
My wife and I stayed here during March 2017. Room was very comfortable and warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. The hotel was also excellent value for money. Happy to recommend.
