Only complaint was bad television reception. Everything else was fine.

We had a conference near the hotel. We were easily able to make the .8 mile walk. The hotel was right off I 35 so ver easy access. Daily drink specials at the bar with very friendly staff.

I had the pleasure of staying here recently for a week. Buffet breakfasts were terrific as were the room, bed and clean bathroom. The only downsides were the hallway noise and people who were noisy at off-hours (when folks are trying to sleep). It's next to a Denny's and not really walking distance to restaurants (0.7+ miles away). I mostly used Lyft or Uber to get around -- much less expensive than the taxi's.

Convenience. Service was good, especially in the bar. He messed up with my meal, no big deal. But I got a couple of drinks for free. The setting of the room was odd.

It was easy to find this hotel and the best part is it's walking distance to a Denny's. Didn't even have to cross the street!

Disappointed that they charged for parking in a lot that was not secure. Bathroom shower would not turn on, commode was sluggish. The a/ c unit is very loud.

The staff was warm and friendly. They greeted me when I entered the hotel. The gave me two warm cookies for myself and the boyfriend. The room was nice and clean. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was nice. This is my Austin Hotel.

This was the perfect location for our recent trip to Austin. I would not recommend going to the nearby Denny's for food though.

It was exactly what we expected it to be....nothing more, nothing less. It was little hard to locate and had to circle the block, but so goes driving in Austin.

Had a few challenges with the loud AC unit and the loud freeway nearby. The exercise room is too small and the breakfast was weak. The general manager and front desk manager are both great resources and very willing to help.

This hotel was surprisingly awesome. I had a conference downtown and didn't want to pay the $300+ a night for a hotel. This was a 5 minute drive to where I needed to go. Staff was super nice, the room was clean (there was a bug that I killed-it happens, and was definitely the only damper on my review), and it was super quiet for being near the university. I would stay here again without hesitation. Honestly, you can't get much more value with such high quality than this. Great Hotel!

Needed a weekend getaway that wouldn't break the bank yet was clean and safe. Met my needs

Hotel was clean, central location to Austin surroundings, staff friendly. Good value. Not a resort, perfect for a weekend getaway.

Good location. Very clean. Enjoyed the stay.would stay here again. Family liked it also.

Convenient location, and the staff were great. Good for business travelers.

Great hotel for the rate. Every staff member was great, but they have one front desk member who was absolutely wonderful. We didn't have time to plan out our trip thoroughly and he provided excellent recommendations and directions. He was a local and knew all of the best local spots. We ended up filling up our days quickly with all of the recommendations received. The location is fine. It's only about a 15 minute walk to campus, but downtown is quite a walk in my opinion. We took a cab. We would stay there again.

Hotel location is a little further out from south austin then expected. But overall good place to stay.

Pretty much everything you need--clean, friendly, close to UT.

Great location for us and very clean! We will definitely stay here again.

Clean room, easy to find on the I-35 feeder, very convenient to UT campus. Good food in restaurant, nice bar. Only downside was that the bathroom seemed not heated - reported this to hotel staff upon departure.
