This apartment is situated in a private neighborhood that features a multi-use park, complete with a walking path, soccer field, baseball field, basketball court, and pavilion, ensuring plenty of recreational options for families. With Avon and Beaver Creek just a 20-minute drive away, and Vail and Glenwood Springs within 30 minutes, you’ll have endless opportunities for adventure. There is a free bus that will take you from Eagle to Vail and in the winter an express bus runs every hour, perfect for skiers!

Things to Know

Outdoor stairs required to enter the unit which is located on the side of the home. The owners live in the upstairs portion of the home which is completely seperate from this downstairs rental. While guests are in the unit, the owners will give guests exclusive use to the backyard, including firepit.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
