The private, wooded backyard offers extra peace and quiet, making it your personal retreat in Durham.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private backyard and screened-in porch. A custom door code will be provided prior to check-in for easy and secure self-entry, so you can arrive at your convenience.

There’s free parking on-site, and major highways (like I-85 and NC-147) are nearby, making it simple to get around Durham and the greater Triangle area.

Other Things to Note:
A custom door code will be provided before check-in for easy self-entry. Please note, the neighbors have roosters, and the crowing can be loudest in the mornings near the primary bedroom — we provide white noise machines in every room for light sleepers. If you need early check-in or late check-out, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. As this is a family-friendly home in a quiet neighborhood, we kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and be considerate of the neighbors.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the proeprty, including the back patio.
