Extremely tired property that badly NEEDS renovation. Sticky carpeting was gross! The only saving Grace was friendly staff and convenient location to job site. Will not stay here again!

I had an issue with the booking that was never resolved even after I spent hours working on it. No one seemed to care.
I didn't stay....you are all supposed to fix this...when I got there the hotel was without power and not letting anyone check in. This needs to be fixed.

The room was very dirty, the walls had dirt on them and the floors had visible dirt as well. The sheets had stains on them but appeared clean other than that. There needs to be a good mopping in the room and the floors at least wiped down
The room was so bad we left and stayed at the Marriott. There was a thin blanket instead of a comforter. The sheets were stained, there were stains on the wall, there was no closet, the light fixture looked like it caught on fire, the ice/ snack room smelled like urine, the bathroom was dirty, I could go on.. Unless you are a Hooker, do not stay here!
The staff did nothing extra to be helpful. The rooms were small.

I did not like the noise banging above room and hollering from outside. I Was disappointed overall no room amenities other than a tv. This was my first time staying at any red roof inn and most likely my last time.
