Ok
This is an older property and the upstairs walkway was a bit rickety, but the room was decent and clean. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable though. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Overall nice place to stay.
There was a booger on the curtain behind the sink. All the linens seemed well worn but clean. Flooring on the second floor walkway didn’t seem too sturdy. Staff was non existent most of the time and no breakfast was provided. Parking lot was very tight. We brought our own Clorox wipes and wiped everything down before use. We needed a clean place to stay and were able to make due with what we had.
It was adequate. Clean and the staff was friendly. It’s dated and priced aggressively. Better value can be had IMO
They let me bring my dog for a nominal fee. Location.
Sick individuals, they lied over the phone about my reservation, so when I PAID for an Uber to get there I was incredibly upset when I found out they had an issue with my reservation. So I had to call another Uber to leave and instead of letting myself and my two babies sit in the lobby while we waited for our Uber they told me to wait outside in the freezing cold with my kids. The manager was NASTY to say the least. These people were very heartless.
The pool was in disrepair and the spas were very dirty. The sides had scum lines and the towels had holes. We were moved from room 224 which was okay although the shower needed work because there was no hot water. Had to move after taking the Silverton train all day. Moved to room 111 which was very nasty and the bathroom was full of live growing Mold in the shower and corners. You could smell it Then the staff charged me extra charges and $111.00 for room 111. I told the guy that I had paid already. Anyways they took oof the regular charges but still what a hassle
Not to be snobbish, but this is probably the first time I have stayed in a less than 4-5 star hotel. I was amazed! Room was fine, coffe maker, basic amenities, working AC. Property was paved - not 5 star! But all I needed was a place to sleep, and it was just fine. Breakfast, which I did not eat, was scrambled eggs, bacon and waffles. Again, I was surprised. All in all, I would do it again. Not sure all quality inn motels are equally nice, but worth a try.
