Room phones didn't, work the heater in one room was very loud so you couldn't leave it running at night when you were a sleep. The hotal is very run down for the price we where charged and we played for three room with no discounts offer. Also a major sewer leak right next to one of the rooms we had the day before which delay us from getting into our rooms when we showed up after 5:30 pm.

This worked for in a pinch for move-in weekend for my son for Fredonia, but I wouldn't stay here again. Beds are hard as a rock. Bathroom so tiny you had to hide behind the door to close it. The tub was so old it had been painted to improve its appearance, but paint was peeling off. Showerhead was too low and disgusting. Lobby area had been updated. Rooms were a disappointment. Not that I expected much gor 2 stars, but expected more for $130 a noght. Half that would have been reasonable.

We had a pleasant stay. Cleaner than most Days Inn's we've stayed at. Larger fridg than most and the staff was very welcoming. Great location for the area.

We selected this for price and location. The front desk clerk was not happy when we wanted to change rooms. A toilet had exploded in an adjacent room. It was left, soiled, in the hall. The second room had not been cleaned. The third room was dingy. The included breakfast had food that had been out for several days. Had we not checked in late at night, we would have never stayed. The whole place is falling apart. Don't use your reward points here.

It was homecoming weekend so price was double (roughly $100) what I would pay for a room of this quality. Shower handles did not work right and almost scalded myself twice. Room smelled smokey although was supposed to be non-smoking

mold in the room was horrible, cigarette burns in the floor, tiny bathroom, breakfast was a joke and fruit flies were trapped in the containers for the raisins and brown sugar for the oatmeal. only bread oatmeal and fruitloops were there

Stayed four days. Overall impression is that the hotel appears run-down. Rugs are stained and bathrooms need repair work -- for example the bathroom sink did not drain well and the repair work appeared shoddy. The maid, however, did an excellent job of cleaning the room each day. Breakfast was fair -- coffee was too weak, the orange juice was watered down and the overall selection was limited. We will not stay there again. This is not the first Days Inn that has been a disappointment.

This booking was made with the help of the online booking agent. This was the least expensive option in the area. Prices are driven up by being a few hours from Niagara Falls. The hotel needs new carpeting and brighter hallway lighting. It has a mild stale smell in the lobby. There was no mattress pad between the sheet and the mattress. My bare feet never hit the floor and I did not bathe. The breakfast was yogurt, toast, gummy oatmeal, watery coffee, and juice. Still, it would not take much to upgrade this to three stars, which I strongly suggest they do.

We arrived late because of the weather. The driveway going into the motel needed too be plowed again. There was about 2 to 3 inches of snow on it. The poeple at the front desk were friendly. It was well lite at the entrance.to the motel. the room was adequate. They could use a little more food on the breakfast. We would stay there again.

good location. very close to interstate. breakfast was good

helpful staff and great location. breakfast a plus

Staff was friendly and cooperative. Room was dated.

The hotel was nice other than the windows don't lock well. The pool isn't open in the winter. Room had a little smell.

This Day's Inn is very convenient to get to from the NY State Thruway. It's right off Exit 59, and very close to our destination, Lily Dale, NY. The staff treated us very well, and were most helpful. The room was clean, very comfortable and had a second door to the outdoors which was very convenient to have access to our vehicle. We had a very pleasant experience there. I would recommend this Day's Inn to fellow travelers.

right off the interstate, clean room, nothing special but that's what we needed.

Nothing special either in this hotel or around it.

This hotel met all our requirements! It was affordable, clean, close to the highway, had a pool and whirlpool, and was centrally located to the attractions we wanted to visit. The breakfast accommodations were adequate and the staff were helpful and friendly. Although they offer free WIFI, if you need to use the hotel computer in the lobby, it'll cost ya, but we definitely would stay here again!

The room was fine. The towels were thin. The cable TV was not very good.

when to the symphony orchestra concert

The Room smelled like a Cat Litter Box. Musty to the extreme..and I swear there were fleas in the lobby. A grotesque experience
