Sheets in room dirty, refrigerator did not work and one it was replaced with did not work, pool area was a mess

Could not find my reservations at hotel I made thru orbit stayed in lobby for 2 hours with my tired elderly mom and 8 yr old son font desk attendant Brittany was very condescending. We call orbitz 800 and finally got it straightened out but was not a good start after a 8 hours flight
This place was amazing for the price. Right next to the airport,yet hardly any noise. Very pet friendly. The staff was so friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. I will book here everytime I stay in Buffalo.
We have stayed at an Aloft hotel before in another state. When we knew that we were going to Niagara Falls we tried to find an Aloft hotel. We did, and it was close to the airport. As expected, the hotel is well maintained, minimalist approach to architecture, decor, furniture, clean and simple ambience. Both my wife and I love the welcome friendly feel of hotel and staff. Space, layout, room climate, bed mattress and pillows gave us three wonderful, comfortable nights of rest.

ious stays at Aloft Hotels, I had never encountered this. The service, grilled salmon, roasted vegetables & wines were excellent. Their shuttle delivered me to the Buffalo airport in 6 minutes.
I love the atmosphere of Aloaf everyone is very friendly and helpful. I didn't like my wings i ordered from room service they were very dry and rubbery so, needless to say i had to go out for food but, overall it was nice

The staff was amazing. I got this room for my mom who was transferring from a physical rehab facility to Az, but needed a nights stay for an extremely early flight the following day. We needed extra assistance as she still had mobility issues. The staff went out of their way to help -even at the airport! The room was so nice and truly handicap accessible. Thank you!! It took much of the stress of the situation away. :)
